Ideal for high quantities In vacuum laminating, plastic films such as TPO, TEPEO2 ® and PVC are heated and vacuumed to plastic substrate components, resulting in lamination. The adhesive applied to the substrate or decor material is activated, causing the two parts to bond. Vacuum laminating's special feature is that is can be combined with IMG (In-Mold Graining) in a single process. FRIMO offers this innovative and attractive technology with extensive market references.

PLT is a serie of labels primarily for thermal transfer printing. Its material is UL approved self adhesive polyester. 1-track or 3-track, 38 mm (standard) or 76 mm core diameter and perforated. The PLT range also includes adhesive, self-laminating and printable wrap-around labels. Its material is UL approved MT310 transparent polyester. The additional transparent part is wrapped around the cable and laminates the print field and protects the marking against chemicals and wear. The SC1 in blue Chemprotex™ 300 material is a single use Type 3, Type 4 & Type 5 splash contamination suit designed for use with breathing apparatus worn outside the suit or with a face mask and filter. POLIFILM surface protections films have been successfully used for the protection of decorative laminates for decades. Depending upon the gloss level of the laminates low adhesion level films (for high gloss surfaces) or higher adhesion films (for rougher finishes) are used. Typically transparent films are used as they allow quality inspection of the decorative surface without a need to remove the films for this process. For 2D and 3D applications with special requirements we offer several solutions. Co-extruded, uncoated protection films present a good solution for these requirements.
