Dymax 9801 is a LED or UV/Visible lightcurable material with superior adhesion properties for bonding camera modules, lidar, active alignment applications. The material cures with UV light but also features heatcure capability for applications where shadowed areas exist. This fully automatic labeling line is suitable for reliably applying self-adhesive labels to various products such as envelopes, catalogues, magazines, etc. The machine is equipped with a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, which we installed as a self-sufficient unit with a new vacuum pump and motor in a stable frame made of aluminum profiles. We then paired them up with a new vacuum table with electric height adjustment and an "Alpha Compact" labeler from BLUHM/WEBER mounted on it. Together with a new machine control system these modules can be assembled into a fully automatic labeling line with which our customer can process products up to 43 cm in length at high speeds (up to 70 m/min). The ViscoDuo-VM 2-component dispenser is a valveless dosing system for static mixing based on the proven progressive cavity technology and thanks to its purely volumetric precise dosing principle, is ideally suited for high-precision dosing tasks. Built according to modular structure, a configuration of the 2-component dosing systems as well as maintenance and part exchange at module level is possible. With different base materials from PU to acrylics, we can create the right adhesive for your applications. Our main products are the MT-I adhesive, which adheres to many materials at temperatures from 50 - 100°C with great hot tack. The second is PPT-I, which adheres to untreated polypropylene at low temperatures. The main use if in combination with toner-based prints, but they can be used with other prints as well. The Gecko Gripper (SP) enables the use of the innovative Gecko adhesive gripper technology in applications with a small surface area. Such areas which could not be automated so far. The gecko-inspired adhesive technology offers precise, track-free gripping. Even with porous workpieces this technology works. For example printed circuit boards or glossy surfaces. Cleaning is not necessary. The three different Gecko Single Pad Grippers (SP1, SP3 and SP5) are named after their payload in kilograms. Of course, the Gecko grippers can be used with leading lightweight robots and cobots. The compact single-pad design allows easy access to the workpiece, even in tight spaces. Since no electronics or air supply is required, the Gecko SP is a cost-effective plug-and-play solution. The Gecko gripper leaves no marks on glass. This eliminates the need for manual cleaning. This means a higher RoI and lower operating costs.

Capacitive sensors are designed for non-contact measurement of displacement, distance and position, as well as for thickness measurement. Due to their high signal stability and resolution, capacitive displacement sensors are applied in laboratories and industrial measurement tasks. In production control, for example, capacitive sensors measure film thickness and application of the adhesive. Installed in machines, they monitor displacement and tool positions.

Working with the HB 950 is ideal if the hot-melt adhesive is applied from above. By hanging the hand gun on a balancer, you can work in a way that is gentle on the muscles and tendons. The safety and protection of the user are ensured by the insulation of the handle, which also does not transport any adhesive. A 1.2 mm bead nozzle is pre-assembled. The NS30 hot melt hoses serve as a heated and flexible transport route for hot-melt adhesive, from a melter to a bead application head. The HB 5010 is a hot melt adhesive tank system with gear pump, especially for manual applications. Together with the hand gun HB 910, the tank system is ideally suited for all bead or spray bonding. The construction of the simple menu navigation of the control unit is so user-friendly that the intuitive operation of the device is possible even for untrained personnel. The extremely resilient plastic housing has a dirt-resistant paint finish. The modular structure of the system increases the ease of maintenance and ensures good accessibility of the parts when servicing. A filter change is possible without additional disassembly. A conveyor system with gear pump ensures a constant volume per unit of time. The simple design of the pump makes it robust and inexpensive. The construction of the pump also enables the processing of polyamides up to 210°C. Up to 2 heatable hoses can be connected. In combination with application heads, automation of simple tasks is possible.
