The ArcuDent tooth coupling is a double-jointed steel coupling. The teeth of the hubs and covers receive shape corrections to allow the highest misalignment capacity. The preloaded worm gear runs virtually playfree. The bearing of the worm shaft offers maximum radial rotational accuracy. Cables can be routed through the large bore in the hollow shaft. The adjustable positioning ring is used to determine the rotational reference point to the position of the assembled part. Threaded couplings are general-purpose commercial couplings with high quality standards as well as technical features and performances specific to industrial couplings. From a structural point of view, flexible gear couplings are made of two symmetrical steel hubs and a synthetic resin sleeve that provides connection and power transfer between the two hubs. The polymer's relative resistance to external moisture and its ability to withstand temperatures from -20°C to +120°C and short peaks up to +150°C make the coupling ideal to withstand severe operating conditions, even in adverse environments.

A locking device is a mechanical component that prevents mated shafts and other machine elements from moving out of position when subjected to external forces. Operating conditions such as initial installation error, temperature changes, vibration, and others can all cause problems. These are critical components. Our locking devices consist of two interlocking conical rings used in the connection of power and motion transmission organs such as chain hoists, pulleys, sprockets, sprockets, timing gears, couplings, etc., without using wedges. It can transfer low pressure and high torque, and can be installed and disassembled quickly and safely. The cam-type limit switch is a device used to control the movement of industrial and construction machinery. Information is transmitted via the shaft actuating micro-switches. TNZ ZCA: Double engagement design with integrated O-ring seal The TSCHAN® TNZ ZCA coupling is a torsionally stiff gear coupling designed to have some backlash and consists of two coupling halves that are connected by fitted bolts. TNZ ZCB: Double engagement design with a bolt-on O-ring carrier for ease of installation Unlike the TNZ ZCA coupling, the TNZ ZCB comes with a bolt-on O-ring carrier which facilitates installation by changing the mounting sequence. For mounting the coupling, unscrew the cover and place it on the shaft. Mount the hub onto the shaft, slide the sleeve onto the hub and fasten the O-ring carrier to the sleeve. This way of mounting is advantageous when large couplings are involved.

The linear movement of a flexible steel cable, which can have a length of up to 2 m, is converted into an angular movement with the aid of a measuring drum. The measuring drum is coupled via a gear to a conductive plastic potentiometer. The restoring force of the spring drive holds the measuring cable tight at all times and prevents any sagging which would otherwise induce an error. The measuring drum moves axially on a spindle ensuring that the cable is wound up precisely and reproducibly wrap for wrap in the helical groove of the drum. The cable entry contains a brush to remove dust.

If the length or angle to be monitored shall additionally be output as a continuous electrical signal, a mounting arrangement of a remote indicating device of the analog or digital type is optional available. They contain in a robust protective casing either a backlash compensated gear or a gear with reduced backlash for matching the input angle with the switching or transducer angle.
