VOGELMANN EXAKT - ARGON / CO2 GAS REGULATOR EXAKT The universal VOGELMANN gas regulator allows you to reduce the pressure of gases taken from the cylinder to the required operating pressure.It allows to obtain the pressure automatically at the possible constant level, regardless of changes in inlet pressure APPLICATION Single-stage reducer most often used in welding during MIG welding or TIG welding machines that require a gas shield. TWO MANOMETERS It is equipped with two manometers - the first shows the pressure in the cylinder, the second shows gas flow per minute. SAFETY VALVE The reducer is equipped with a safety valve through which excess gas is released when the outlet pressure exceeds the acceptable limit. GAS TYPE It is designed for technical gases such as argon (Ar), carbon dioxide (CO2) and MIX of these gases (Ar / CO2 200 bar). The sun | power VR L valve regulated lead acid batteries are specially designed for high energy throughputs and are ideally suited for cyclic applications. They are characterized by excellent cycling properties during operation with partial discharge (Partial State of Charge - PSoC). In conjunction with the extensive capacity range, they are the battery of choice for village power supply. Other typical applications include emergency power supply, security lighting and grid services. The proven format according to DIN 40742 and the possibility of horizontal operation make the sun | power VR L battery versatile and furthermore provide the necessary flexibility for optimal space utilization.

SMLD 300G, THE FLEXIBLE ONE With a minimum grid width of 6 mm, the SMLD 300G is very space-saving, while offering maximum flexibility. These micro valves are suitable for a wide range of viscosities and are available in many configurations. Valve holder with integrated heating can also be combined with it. The internal volume is 65 µl. The R (Resistant) type offers crucial benefits in regards of corrosion and the handling of aggressive medias, compared to SMLD 300G, but remains fully compatible in size and function for all SMLD products and components. Low-viscosity media can be dispensed with small flow rates. This type of valve offers a small internal volume of only 25 µl. VALVE COILS The valve coils are removable and available in different versions. They are optimised for very fast actuation times and minimal size. VALVE INSTALLATION Fastening type cylindrical: Grid width with highest resolution, small size. Suitable to our adapter nozzles. The micro valve can be exchanged quickly and without dismantling the entire valve holder and without disconnecting the electric connections.

ALFAMAK is one of Turkey's leading gas spring manufacturers. Established in 2003, our company has been operating in the industry for 19 years and has gained a reputation for success. Gas spring is a new technology which comes instead of standard steel or polyurethane springs. A gas spring has a container of compressed Nitrogen gas with Piston Rod , Bush, Rod Rings, Valve etc. The Gas Springs are used in Cold Stamping industry to form, cut and fix the sheet metal inside the die. Many auxiliary materials are used for different purposes in the gas spring. Rod wiper, rod guide and rod seal are used on the inner surface of the bush. The purpose of the rod wiper is to prevent the oil and chips in the die from entering the gas spring. The rod guide is used to carry the load in case of axial force on the rod during use. The most important auxiliary material for sealing is rod/piston seal. It directly affects the performance of the product by keeping the gas in the gas spring.

Individual filled gas springs are excluded from replacement. Gas springs are maintenance-free, self-contained systems that are filled with nitrogen under high pressure. For end-of-travel damping and lubrication, a defined amount of oil is also contained inside. The gas springs contain a nonreturn valve in a threaded pin on the pressurised pipe, which allows the pushing force to be lowered at a later time. Gas pressure springs in the sizes 04/12 and 06/15 must be stored and installed with the piston rod extending downwards. As of size 08/19, storage and installation in any orientation is possible. Keep in mind, however, that end-of-travel damping is effective only when the piston rod extends downwards. As a consequence of the physical properties when filling a gas spring, a tolerance range of ±5 % results for the rated pushing force. Gas springs are filled with nitrogen under high pressure and under no circumstances should they be opened or overloaded.
