Gas spring is a new technology which comes instead of standard steel or polyurethane springs. A gas spring has a container of compressed Nitrogen gas with Piston Rod , Bush, Rod Rings, Valve etc. The Gas Springs are used in Cold Stamping industry to form, cut and fix the sheet metal inside the die. Many auxiliary materials are used for different purposes in the gas spring. Rod wiper, rod guide and rod seal are used on the inner surface of the bush. The purpose of the rod wiper is to prevent the oil and chips in the die from entering the gas spring. The rod guide is used to carry the load in case of axial force on the rod during use. The most important auxiliary material for sealing is rod/piston seal. It directly affects the performance of the product by keeping the gas in the gas spring.

The flow rate of the scrubbing liquid can be controlled with the built-in reducing valve. The scrubbing liquid temperature is maintained by a spiral cooler in the liquid circuit.

Maintenance and repair work on the natural gas network is generally carried out with the pipeline being gas-free, so the relevant pipe sections are isolated by installing valve assemblies and the gas in the isolated section is vented to atmosphere. By using our mobile compressors – individually or in highly efficient parallel operation – the network operator can transfer the gas from the isolated pipe section to another part of the system so it does not have to be vented to atmosphere. Connection points for the mobile compressors are available e.g. in the area of the main line valves or can generally be retrofitted. It makes economic sense to transfer the gas to another as this guarantees responsible handling of this primary energy source and makes a substantial contribution to protecting the environment.
