You’ll find our tubes at work within a variety of systems in aircraft including fuel delivery, fire suppression, drain lines and bleed air systems. Bleed air is high temperature, high pressure air taken from the jet engine and fed into various areas of the plane to be used for things like de-icing and cabin pressurization. We use high performance materials such as Alloy 321 stainless steel and Inconel 625 and 718 for applications that deal with extreme temperatures. EMA Aviation Tote Tank was designed and manufactured specifically for the transportation and storage of aviation fuels. It also includes the center drain design, fork lift channels, 2" outlet valve with 1" sample valve. The Jet-A Aviation container has unique feature that encompasses a 1" valve on the bottom adjacent to the 2" discharge valve. This valve is for sampling the fuel and/or draining possible condensate off the container. The valve is located at the lowest point on the bottom. The Jet-A tank has the same capabilities of the standard IBCs in handling all hazardous liquid systems. EMA designes manufactures hundreds of intermediate bulk containers and bins (IBC's) per year.

DUT-E fuel level sensors are used for accurate fuel level and volume measurement in tanks of vehicles and stationary units. DUT-E allows to determine current fuel volume and change in volume (refuelling or draining) of fuel in the tank.
