Margarines of the MTS Ecoslice brand are intended for the preparation of classic puff products, croissants, frozen puff semi-finished products from yeast and yeast-free dough. The use of specialized margarine does not allow the layers of dough to stick together during the process of multiple lamination and rolling, serving as a separating film-barrier.

Croissants filled manually with crème patissière, 100% made in Italy with italian ingredients only. Standard versions are available in 43 grams (mini croissants), 95 gr, and 100 gr,, We also offer the possibility to customize the weight according to your needs. Standard boxes contain 90 mini croissants or 75 normal croissants. Smaller boxes containing 40 pieces are also available.

Empty croissant 100% made in Italy with italian ingredients only, available both sweet and savoury. Standards formats are: mini empty croissant 35 gr, normal empty croissant 80 gr. (both straight and curved)

Cereal croissant both empty and filled with wild berries jam, 100% made in Italy with italian ingredients only. Standard weights are: 35 gr (mini croissant, empty), 80 gr (normal, empty), 95 gr (filled). Other formats are available according to the client needs. As for the packaging: mini croissant (90 pcs per box), the other two formats (75 pcs per box). 40 pcs boxes are also available on request.
