EXTRA VIGRIN OLIVE OIL ARBEQUINA Arbequina in all its splendor, very green notes, cut grass, green almond, and notes of artichoke. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Personality and a strong character make Juice one of the most interesting Picuals in Spain. It is presented with an intense fruity with nuances of tomato leaf, herb and artichoke, along with a very peculiar bouquet of balsamic notes. In the mouth it is intense and persistent with a medium-intense bitterness and spiciness and a balsamic finish with mint and rosemary.

The Mill olive oil is 100% extra virgin olive oil with a unique flavor, which comes from centuries-old olive trees from the Aegean Region. Olives are collected by hand during the early harvest of olives and transported immediately to cold-press facilities to be processed. A virgin olive oil of high quality, made exclusively from the olives in perfect condition that are handpicked from the trees raised in Aegean region of Turkey. The fruit has matured on the tree and it has been processed on the same day the olives are harvested, strictly by mechanical means, in low temperature conditions. The extra virgin olive oil we produce has low acidity levels which is max. 2,0%, a green color and a velvety touch in the mouth. It is an olive oil with high nutritional value that offers all the beneficial attributes of extra virgin olive oil with high dietary value which represents the foundation of the mediterranean diet. It can be used for cooking and baking, drizzled on salads, as part of a dressing, on roasted meats, grilled vegetables and of course as a dip on its own.

Riccolivo Olive Oils come from Edremit – Ayvalık region located on the foothills of Kaz Mountains in the Aegean region, one of the regions of the world with the highest oxygen levels. Olives are collected from trees for Riccolivo olive oil and transported to cold-press facilities as quickly as possible to be pressed. Thus, Riccolivo Olive Oils have very low acidity levels. They are classified as 100% Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oils with 0.3 – 0.8% acidity levels. Availible as glass bottle 500ml, 750ml and 2L Tin, and BULK.
