Note The internal construction of the insert bearings corresponds to that of standard Series 6200 and 6300 radial ball bearing. However, they have wider inner rings for easier fastening on shafts. They are easy to install and suitable for the accomodation of rotating, oscillating and linear movements. igubal® pillow block bearings are maintenance free and conceived for dry running condition. Assembly These pillow block bearings are designed for mounting with 2 screws. The ID tolerance is E10. The matching shaft should have a tolerance of h6 to h9.

Tapped cylindrical pins are chiefly used in blind holes. The milled flat prevents air compression in blind holes. The tapping makes it possible to use the extractor 03328.

The nominal diameter of the pin is the same as the receiving hole diameter. The recommended hole tolerance is ISO H12. Due to the chamfered end, the pins can be inserted easily into the hole with a hammer or using automatic placement. After insertion, the plus tolerance of the pins results in a vibration-proof seating. The pins can be easily removed using a mandrel and reused several times. The pins can transmit high shear forces and are resistant to shocks and impacts due to their spring properties. The values specified for the shear force only apply to spring steel.

Parallel keys are used for the implementation of shaft-hub connections. These are positive connections which are used to transmit torque.

The axis height of the spindle bearings matches the fixed bearing unit 2407801. The floating bearing units consist of a housing with deep groove ball bearing, which adapts axially to the linear expansion of the spindle.

ST Color is a dental zirconia with high translucency (43%) and high bending resistance (1100 MPa). It incorporates good blocking characteristics, high gloss values and optimized translucency to bring remarkable aesthetics to both anterior and posterior restorations. Good mechanical characteristics allow a wide range of indications.

HT White is a dental zirconia with very high bending resistance (1100 MPa) and medium transparency (42%). This constitution includes an optimal indication for monolithic and anatomically reduced restoration production for single teeth and bridges. The quality of the soft material of the disc has a positive effect on the life of the cutter and ensures easy separation and post-treatment. Because of these features, HT White brings economic benefits to laboratory users.

Zirconia dental disc, of very high translucency, it is intended to make screed, facets or small bridge of 3 teeth with or without cosmetic covering. Not suitable for large litters. Highly translucent whose high strength and good luminous conductivity make it the ideal material for reinforcement constructions with full or partial coating. It is an economical alternative to non-precious alloys and partially inlaid ceramics. Tints with dyes for soaking or painting.
