ERGY D is rich in vitamin D3 which helps to maintain normal bones, immune system function and muscle function. ERGY D is available in two concentrations, ERGY D 200 IU and ERGY D Plus 800 IU, to tailor supplements to individual needs. When is it recommended ? Recent scientific data show that vitamin D has vitamin and hormonal properties, hence its importance for our health, including for children. Vitamin D can be recommended during high-risk periods (winter, pollen season), for children during their growth periods and for weak bones and/or muscles (menopause, seniors, sports people) because it contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. ERGY D Plus is not recommended for children under 10 years old, who should take ERGY D.
