Housing hardened and black oxidised. Contact faces ground. Note: Locating bushes are placed in a fixture or interchangeable subplate and form the counterpart to the locating cylinder. The locating bushes are centred in a reamed hole and then fastened with 4 screws. The balls of the locating cylinder engage in the groove in the locating bush, thereby forming a fast, secure and highly accurate changeover unit, and reducing setup and changeover times. Attention: Please observe installation notes of the locating bushes.

Selflubricating. Hardness 190220 HB. Note The guide bushes are radially and axially applicable. The bearing elements are maintenancefree and wearresistant. The graphite inserts provide lifelong lubrication. Preferably for travel speeds < 0.5 m/s. (Additional lubrication is recommended for extreme loading with a higher travel speeds). Temperature range Temporary temperature peaks up to ca. 200°C. Tolerances The bore for the bearings should correspond to ISO tolerance H7. The tolerance h6 to h7 is recommended for the shaft.

Hardened to 780 ±40 HV 10 and ground. Without leadin groove. Note All bushes have the bore size marked on the upper face, e.g. 10. Diameters D1 over 15 mm increase in size by 0.5 mm. Dowels or coiled spring pins together with DIN 1731 flathead screws can be used in place of the stop pin.

From diameter D1 over 15 mm size increases are 0.5 mm.

Black thermoplastic. Steel grade 5.8 or stainless steel 1.4305. Version: Metal parts trivalent blue passivated steel or bright stainless steel. Eccentric bushes enable lateral spring plungers to be precisely positioned with regard to the workpiece.

These centring clamps enable workpieces to be centred on and lightly clamped in a bore. The clamps have a wide expansion range. The series covers a bore range of Ø12 to Ø30 mm. To increase the centring accuracy the clamps with internal thread have a centring spigot (D2) for a locating hole. The centring accuracy is ±0.2 mm. Centring clamps with female threads fit on M6 grid systems (see illustration).

The receiver bush is for quick and safe insertion of ball operated lifting pins. They offer an easy and reliable installation in a variety of lifting materials. Also for use with thin walled materials and blind holes. They are corrosion resistant with low wearing.
