Rings, gaskets, inserts, membranes, balls, washers... SPN machines simple and complexes parts for its customers from multiple area activities. SPN is involved in the production of batches from 1 to 10 000 parts. Positioned on technical plastics, our customer call on us for materials like : PCTFE, PFA, PVDF, FEP, ETFE and ECTFE (Fluoropolymers) but PEEK, VESPEL, POM, PA...

These enclosures consist of polycarbonate (operating temperature : -40°C to +125°C). The lid and the base are equipped with a tongue and groove sealing system with a neoprene gasket.

Adapted to high temperatures, PTFE - Polytétrafluoroéthène - is also well known as Teflon. PTFE has good chemical resistance and low friction coefficient. It is used for sealing functions, as membrans, gaskets, O-rings, or for electrical insulation.
