The Hygienic DESIGN fastening system was specially developed for use in food processing facilities. Special attention was paid to the cleaning-optimised geometry and a surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.8 µm. The quick and easy installation due to a pre-installed sealing washer rounds off the overall package.

Connectors for earthing aluminium profile structures and interconnecting the aluminium profiles by integrating them into the protective earth (PE) system. Conductive contact is established through defined destruction of the oxide layer in the slot base and on the slot flanks. The cable lug must be positioned between the serrated washer and the washer during assembly.

Form A: Tempered and electro zinc-plated. Form B: Tempered and electro zinc-plated. Complete with DIN 787 screw for T-slots, DIN 6340 washer and DIN 6330B nut. Form C: Tempered and electro zinc-plated. Complete with DIN 6379 stud, DIN 6340 washer and DIN 6330B nut. Note: These clamp strap assemblies can be quickly and infinitely adapted to the clamping situation. The clamp straps have different heel types both sides enabling the best end to be selected depending on the specific application. These extremely versatile clamp straps are suitable for use by metal cutting or non-cutting machining and also for press and injection-moulding applications.

Note: Block hinges with fastening nuts and extended middle section for inset doors. Mounted with nuts (M6 or M8) from inside. The hinge can be mounted left or right. The opening angle is 180°.
