The roller elements are matched to the aluminium profiles for roller rails and can be mounted on them quickly and easily. No tools required. The compact design with a small centre distance is optimally designed for the lowvibration conveyance of sensitive items. Suitable for aluminium profiles Type B and I.

Note Compact and flexible linear actuators with toothed belt drive. The body consists of a selfsupporting aluminium extruded section with integrated profile guide rail. This rail system is able to absorb highest forces from all directions, is lowwear, and is optimised for moving large masses. Slots are located on the outer sides of the aluminium profile, ensuring easy, reliable assembly and enabling accessories mounted. Proximity switches can be positioned and fastened in the upper Tslot. The aluminium profile is fully compatible with our standard I series profiles.

Note The roller elements are ideal for constructing roller conveyors in any length and width. Suitable for aluminium profiles types B and I. The sprung guide tabs underneath universally match slots sized 8 and 10. Mounting Form A Insert the lower housing part with rollers into the aluminium profile slot. Set the spread pins on the upper housing part into the lower housing part and press down. The spread pins expand the clamps and locks the roller element in the slot. Mounting Form B Insert the lower housing part with rollers into the aluminium profile slot. Set the upper housing part on top and press down. Knocking or screwing the screws in locks and clamps the roller element in the slot.

Handles cast aluminum EN AC-46200. Thrust washer plastic PA 66 GF 35-X fibreglass reinforced. Hinge pin stainless steel 1.4305. Studs and washer steel grade 5.8 or stainless steel 1.4305. The mechanical fastening system ERO Joint® is available on pitches T10, AT10, T20, AT20, 8M, 14M for all widths over 16mm with reinforcement Steel, Kevlar or Stainless steel. (The recommended minimum diameter for pulleys is 50mm). The ERO Joint® splice is compatible with all type of coatings (Supergrip, Linatex®, PU, Sylomer®, …) and all types of guiding. ADVANTAGES Advantages are a fast and easy installation and assembly. With the pin mechanical fastening system ERO Joint®, you will optimize your production downtime by reducing the repair time. The assembly can be realized by screwing or with a tool. This tool enables the pre-tension of belt and makes pins threading easier. ERO Joint ® Ultimate version In Ultimate version, the mechanical belt fastener ERO Joint® transmits more than 50% of the power of a Flexbelt (true endless belt): Between pulleys, there is always a ½ continuous tight side to assure the mechanical resistance and the rigidity of the belt.
