Polyethylene PEUHMW (ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene). Glide rails for roller chains as defined in DIN ISO 606. These support and guide the roller chains on the return side, thus extending useful life by significantly reducing wear on the roller chains. They reduce vibrations and noise in the chain drive. These glide rails have high abrasion and wear resistance. They are maintenancefree, acidproof and have high chemical resistance. The additional C profiles are used for fastening to the system substructure and they protect the glide rails from lateral forces and torsion. Assembly The glide rails are pushed into the C profiles fastened to the system. The glide rails must be mounted so that the material is allowed to expand. A property of thermoplastic materials is that they expand or contract more than metals when there are temperature variations.

The insulated tube is used to manufacture tubing. In the 0.7mm version, it is more economical for an equivalent quality (SUPERCLEAN) In 30 or 50m coils in Mono and 20, 25 or 30m in insulated Bi-tubes, it can be cut and flared on the site.The insulated copper coil offers the advantage of being independent on-site and tubing can be cut to the required length.Tubes are already insulated which saves time during installation.For UV resistance of insulation outdoors, use paint PIN75 (page 15)

The Bi TUBES is an assembly of 2 insulated tubes, joined by the insulation. It allows both diameters to be inserted in one operation when installing.The insulation looks good, does not attract dirt, offers an excellent resistance to UV and to pinching.

It allows both diameters to be in sertedin one operation when installing The extruded PE insulation provides excellent resistance to tearing and the right density. Already available in 1/4-3/8, we shall be offering 1/4-1/2 within the next few weeks, followed by the other diameters during the year. Euroclass certification currently being studied.

Large reels, containing from 100 metres to 400 metres, that can be stored, transported, unwound and easily cut, directly on the site. Eid can manufacture, as usual, any reel up to 1000 metres in bi-tube, if needed, but what we are offering here is "standard" large reels: The 100m coils are supplied conventionally (film-wrapped coils), the 300/400m lengths are supplied on wooden reels with a deposit (to be returned to eid) and retailing dispensers for those requiring them.
