Our selection of CBD & olive oil, comes from flowers grown at the foot of olive trees, outdoors, to offer you a high quality extra virgin oil. CBD oil (Cannabidiol) is consumed by holding it under the tongue for about 60 seconds before swallowing, which allows the CBD to be absorbed largely via the sublingual route, which is faster and more effective than the traditional oral route. There are 1000 mg of CBD in 10 ml of oil. One drop of oil is equivalent to about 5 mg of CBD. It is also possible to add the drops of CBD oil to a sugar cube, yoghurt, or any other type of food if it makes it easier to consume. It is advisable to shake the bottle of CBD oil well before each use, and to store it in a cool, dry place away from light, for up to 6 months after opening.
