EL CLOSE is an intermittent or continuous closer for cases with flaps. This solution is able to accommodate carton design variability. Its speed can reach 60 cases/minute. EL CLOSE is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL PAL is a secure robotic cell for palletizing open trays, closed trays, plastic crates, bundles, etc. This robot is integrated with existing equipment to increase efficiency by having an optimized pallet. The pallet settings are indexed according to your cases. The interlayer pick-up function is incorporated within the gripper. EL PAL is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.

EL FORM is a modular case or tray former. The pneumatic version is able to reach up to 30 trays per minute, the digital version up to 65 trays per minute. The standard model is suitable for small capacity lines and may be adapted by adding options to achieve higher output rates. This machine is designed with interfaces for connecting a collaborative feeding system (Cobot, shuttle, etc). EL FORM carton reloading is horizontally designed to prevent musculoskeletal disorder. EL LOAD is an automated packing station for bulk products or packs. EL STEP combines the operations of cardboard overpacking and packaging in a single machine block. This equipment can handle different formats of cups as well as bottles. This solution has a number of advantages. It combines compactness, flexibility, performance and ergonomics. The equipment’s four stations (destacking, transfer, folding-gluing and packaging) take up very little space (3x6 m). The machine’s modular architecture and the choice of sequential multi-row operation allows adaptation to the machine’s rates — from 30 to 200 overpackings per minute.
