Reporting to the Business Managers, your responsibilities will include the following: You will support the business managers in their roles, in particular, with conducting technical pre-studies in the costing and implementation phase of customer orders In the costing phase: Assist with defining technical options Conduct pre-technical studies For each customer order: Produce 2D and 3D technical plans Negotiate on purchases and manage supplier order tracking Assist with the drafting of manufacturing files Prepare after-sales technical files

The Web EDI management application is at your fingertips and on the spot Order and delivery management in the automotive and distribution industry like a real ERP. The eBWX application adapts to the multiple specifications of the customers and is configured according to your needs. In the automotive sector, the eBWX-Automotive application allows you to integrate EDI requirements (forecasted and/or firm requirements) from your customers. It carries out your shipments according to the delivery date of the articles and automatically edits the corresponding delivery note (BL), as well as the barcode labels (CAB) according to the Odette/Galia standard. It also generates the EDI message - shipping notice - to send to the customer. The invoice and EDI message are sent from the BL to the customer. In Retail, the eBWX-Retail application applies the same process from an order. It integrates the order and makes the shipments on the date.

The POITTEMILL / FORPLEX AfterSales service is the last link in the chain for our customers. A specialised team of Assembly and Commissioning technicians is available to carry out maintenance, audit and update customer installations. The AfterSales department can offer advice on replacement stock management in order to guarantee the optimized supply of spare parts and minimize interruptions to machine operation. The AfterSales department is qualified to assemble and repair small machines in our workshop and carry out the following tasks Preventive servicing of installations; Spare parts and supply propositions; Problem detection on installations; Assistance with the development and optimisation of grinding processes (assisted by an Engineer); Modifications and updating with latest technology (Audits, Retrofitting) even for longserving installations; Disposal of old installations
