Axon' offers an extended range of equipment wires and cables for any applications requiring resistance to high temperatures. Different types of constructions can be proposed and delivered ex stock. They are designed to resist high temperatures ranging from -90°C to +260°C depending on the insulation material ; PTFE, ETFE, FEP or polyimide. They are made with silver plated or nickel plated conductor copper alloy, tin, silver or nickel plated copper. Stamped leadframes are designed to support and accomodate electronic components and PCBA. They can be made with full or selective tin, nickel, silver or gold plating depending on the final requirement. They can be made with pressfit terminals to be inserted into Printed circuit boards. 3 D stamped leadframes can also be designed to your needs. Overmolded leadframes made with high performance plastic resins are designed to support components which are protected in a housing. The overmolding housing allows for the integration of : - the connection area for power components bonding - the output connector to the customer interface - specific terminals to accomodate components to be soldered in electric capacitors for example.

The range of cables has been designed to avoid propagation of fire and emission of toxic fumes in public places and industrial facilities in case of fire.These Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) cables and wires can be offered as single wires, shielded cables or multi-core cables jacketed with Axon' special compounds. They are designed to resist temperatures ranging from -50°C to +250°C. LSZH cables offered by axon' are made with tin plated copper, nickel plated copper, copper alloy, or silver plated copper conductor. They are insulated with special halogen free insulating material including Poliax™, Neutrax™, Polyimide, Axon Special Compound. This is an ideal solution for cabling of buildings, trains, subways, ships, industrial premises and all public places where security of people and material have to be assured

We produce bottle moulds and bottom plates in special alloys based on aluminium bronze or nickel bronze. Pieces are delivered as-cast, rough or fully machined.

We manufacture rough or fully machined bearing housing, liner and sealing system for propulsion line in copper alloys or stainless steel Cast in Bronze (CuSn10Zn, RG10, CuSn12...), Aluminium Bronze (CuAl10Fe5Ni5), Nickel Aluminium Bronze or Stainless steels. Liners cast at LBI are proposed either rough machined or fully machined in the bore (Inside diameter), ready to be shrunk on the shaft. LBI is recognised for its ability to supply high quality liners to the best conditions worldwide either for classic vessels, or for military vessels as well as for ice-going vessels. Liners are controlled and supplied with a 3.2 certification.
