CDA’s Ninon Wrap is an automatic linear labelling machine that employs the adhesive banding/wrap-around labelling technique to label cylindrical products of various sizes. This linear automatic labeller combines a high labelling rate of up to 200 products per minute with exceptional application accuracy. Tailored to accommodate diverse formats and a broad spectrum of products, the K-Net Auto finds applicability across multiple industries, including: Food Processing: Suitable for liquids like vinegar, oil, fruit juice, honey, and jam. The E-Fill SW Dropper monoblock is designed for enhanced versatility in packaging bottles ranging from 5 to 250 ml in various formats. This model stands out as it is tailored for filling, screwing, and labelling vials with a pipette cap, suitable for products like CBD oils and serums in the cosmetic sector. Equipped with an external vibrating bowl to automatically align the caps, the E-Fill SW Dropper uses a vibrating ramp to convey the caps into the machine. For added safety, a clamp guides the glass dropper into the container, preventing breakage.

The CDA Essential represents an automatic labelling solution specifically crafted for the wine industry. Tailored to meet the demands of wine bottle labelling, this machine adeptly applies up to two labels – a front label and a back label – using the precise 3-point labelling technique. Furthermore, the CDA Essential offers the capability to crimp both metal and PVC capsules. With an efficient pacing system in place, the labelling process is swift, enabling the labelling of up to 800 bottles per hour. This labelling machine stands out for its user-friendly design and swift adaptability, requiring no additional equipment for accommodating various bottle sizes, ranging from half bottles to Magnums. Facilitating ease of operation, an intuitive touch screen simplifies the adjustment settings for seamless functionality.

The DistriCap, an automatic module for dispensing twist-off caps (other formats subject to testing before project validation), is a creation of CDA. Engineered for automatic dispensing and placement of lids onto containers, the DistriCap seamlessly performs these operations "on the fly." This module seamlessly integrates with various machines, either after a CDA filler (such as K-Net Auto or K-Line S) or before an independent screwing machine (like VSA or VS1000). As a result, the DistriCap facilitates the dispensing of a cap or lid before being screwed and/or capped by a screwing module. Depending on the cap type, the machine can have two configurations: Lift/sorter/cap dispenser, typically used for twist-off formats. The lift, a vertical conveyor, sorts capsules by gravity onto a drop-off ramp. Vibrating bowl, commonly employed for plastic lids. The bowl directs caps directly to the appropriate side of the ramp.

The K-Line S stands out as an automatic dosing and filling machine designed to accommodate a wide range of liquid types. Its versatility extends to handling various product consistencies, including fluids, foaming liquids, and thick or pasty viscosities. Tailoring its functionality to the viscosity of the intended products, the machine is equipped with a suitable pump. Configured with either a magnetic or mass flow meter, the K-Line S features a pressurized tank renowned for its effective self-cleaning system. Boasting remarkable precision, the K-Line S ensures the automatic centering of products. It is configurable with 2 to 6 filling nozzles, with the option of immersion nozzles for foaming products. The machine achieves an impressive filling rate of up to 3000 liters per hour.

The K-Dy, a semi-automatic filling machine crafted by CDA, caters specifically to drums and tanks. Engineered with a recommended minimum dosage of 5 litres, it can efficiently fill up to 1,000 litres utilizing its remote filler. The K-Dy excels in dispensing precise and substantial doses, accommodating a diverse range of products from fluids to those with a slight thickness. Its adaptability to various dispensing systems, including electromagnetic or mass flow meters, makes the K-Dy well-suited for an array of industries, including food and chemicals.
