TECHNICAL DETAILS Powder filler for all types of interior filling work on uneven substrates (rough precast concrete, for instance). COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Plaster-based powder coating containing calcium carbonate, resin and various additives. The mixed paste is white in colour. SUITABLE SURFACES Interior walls and ceilings: Bubble concrete, bare concrete, cellular concrete, irregular plaster, heating ceiling, uneven surfaces, etc. OVERLAYING After the filler has dried completely, suitable for covering with all types of plaster-based coatings, thick coatings, wall paper or wall coverings. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Granulometry : Up to 0.2 mm • Adhesion : complies with NFT 30 608 • pH : neutral PACK SIZE 5 and 25 kg bags on shrink-wrapped pallet. STORAGE 9 months in unopened original packaging stored away from moisture. PREPARATION OF SURFACES Surfaces must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, dust-free and free from all traces of form oil.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Setting time: 2 hours. • Reaction to fire A1. PACK SIZE 25 kg bag on shrink-wrapped pallet. 5 kg bag. PREPARATION OF SURFACES The wall surface must be sound, free from dust and oil, and show no signs of damp. In summer if the supports are too dry, they may be slightly moistened. QUANTITY OF MIXING WATER 12.5 litres of water per 25 kg bag. APPLICATION Generally applied in “dabs” approx. 10 cm in diameter, with 30 cm horizontal spacing and 40 cm vertical spacing on the plasterboard or insulation.

Standard DIN 1168 • DTU 59.1: painting work • NF EN 13963 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Granulometry: fine • Adhesion: complies with NFT 30 608 • pH: neutral APPLICATION • SEALING PLASTERBOARDS WITH ROUNDED EDGES Apply a first pass by filling the joint deeply, apply a second pass after 1 1/2 hours to smooth and finish the joint. Filling and bonding (if tape) in one pass. And finishing is possible in a single layer. • FILLING, ASSEMBLY, SEALING Dilute with 45% water. 2.2 l to 2.3 l water per 5 kg bag or 11 l to 11.5 l for 25 kg. Open bevelled cracks or rifts. Apply with a putty knife or spatula. Completely fill up the part to be filled, smooth carefully. Time of use: 45 min. Hardening: approx. 1 hour.
