The TYC2RT compression press allows the production of rubber mouldings with compression moulding or vacuum compression. The twoplate in/out with 45° inclination of the upper plate is suitable for various options. They are particularly suitable for moulding Orings, pharmaceutical stoppers, syringe plungers, and many other rubber parts. They are available in 2RT or 3RT series depending on the number of plates in the mould. Equipped with a 4post clamping system with high precision parallelism, their adjustable opening stroke allows different mould heights. The vacuum bell system reduces the curing time, thus increasing productivity.

The CMX (Compact Multi Station of the generation 10) This new machine replaces the former CMS generation and makes the third generation of rotary machines with 2 major innovations. How does vacuum handling work? Vacuum handling using suction cups is simple. A pump sucks in the vacuum between the suction cup and the part to be lifted, and stores this vacuum in a chamber dedicated for this purpose. By creating a vacuum, the atmospheric pressure is eliminated in the suction cup enclosure. The product is then pressed against the suction cup by this same atmospheric pressure of 1 kg/cm² (which varies from 950 to 1030 hectopascals); consequently, on a suction cup of 1 m² there is a pressure of 10,000 kg, making it capable of raising this same load. This physical phenomenon makes handling by suction cups an extremely efficient and reliable technique, capable of performing a very large number of handling operations.

The EMG mechanical presses may be fitted with a simple or programmable electronic safety guard on request. A programmable guard automatically controls the press starting cycle after the operator has entered a pre-programmed crossings in the electronic guard beam (8 maximum). This innovation also ensures maximum safety while greatly improving press productivity.
