SAM3D LITE/LITE PLUS is a powerful, easy-to-use and intuitive posture analysis software package. SAM3D TOWER is a powerful, easy-to-use, intuitive and ultra-precise posture analysis software! A tool to aid posture examinations. detects imbalances and movements invisible to the naked eye. This postural diagnostic aid provides greater precision, monitoring and comparisons during examinations. It can be used to assess posture, whether stationary or in motion (walking, running). The automatically-generated reports provide illustrations and help patients and prescribers to better understand the situation.

Postural assessments are aimed at employees who suffer from recurring back pain, who are exposed to repetitive movements and who have already been off work for problems related to Musculoskeletal Disorders. As well as having a negative impact on employees' health and well-being back pain affects the performance of companies of all sizes, whatever their sector of activity. It is true that back pain has a significant social cost, and no solution has yet been proposed. However, we must not give up, because back problems can and must be tackled.

Medical grade Zelux® GS polycarbonate (PC) is produced from resin formulated to meet the stringent performance characteristics and requirements of the healthcare industry. Suitable for EtO gas and limited autoclaving sterilization, the resin also has proprietary color enhancement technology to reduce color shift caused by gamma radiation. It can be used for various medical applications such as surgical equipment, instrument components, housings and covers, single use surgical devices. Our Zelux GS material is available in rods or sheets. Other engineering window grade polycarbonate is also available.

ULTEM HU1000® (PEI, polyetherimid) offers an excellent dimensional stability after autoclaving. It is preferable to Acetal Coplymer for designs where superior mechanical characteristics are required. This material is radio transparent. Our medical grade stock shapes (rods and sheets) are lot controlled and delivered with a certificate of conformance. The material is not for permanent implantation. It is available in 5 standard colours: black, blue, brown, gray , green. It is a well known material for traumatology and orthopaedic applications (instruments and trial parts).

With the new tightening procedures for cleaning and disinfecting implant ancillaries, PPSU offers an interesting solution guaranteeing a longer life cycle for products. Though it costs usually more than other medical grade polymers (POM, PP), it can nevertheless prove to be more economical in the long term due to its durability. This is especially true for complex designs which are expensive to machine. PPSU does not have any problems with the cleaning & pre-disinfection products. Our material is lot controlled, serialized and is delivered with a certificate of conformance. Coloured resin has been tested under ISO10993/5/10/11/18. The material is not for permanent implantation. PPSU behaves very well after a large number of sterilisation cycles in an autoclave at 134°C/273°F, it can be sterilized through other methods (ETO; gamma, plasma, dry heat). it is polishable for a perfect finish.

The POITTEMILL Control laboratory is equipped with measuring devices designed to characterize the physical properties of the raw materials to be treated from samples provided by our customers. Preproject indexes such as humidity content, HGI and Work Indexes are determined according to standardized procedures (ISO 5074 for the Hardgrove grindability Index). After the tests have been concluded, the fine particles resulting from the grinding or selection are analysed in order to establish the particle size distribution curves.

Medecom offers 3 modules that can be installed on the diagnostic workstations: - Tomosynthesis Module + It allows the visualization of BTO images acquired from equipment of any tomosynthesis mammography manufacturers + Images of interest can be selected and exported to PACS or the Med Archive. Our stitching module is an option available on : - The acquisition workstation: Med Xray - The diagnostic workstation for radiology: Med Diag - The diagnostic workstation for mammography: Med Mammo An automatic stitching mode offers a fast reconstruction of 2 to 6 images of the spine or lower limbs New images can easily be exported to PACS, or our Med Archive and Clipper communication solution. Complex measurements such as Gonometry or Cobb angle can easily be performed on the new images.

Med XRay is an acquisition solution including a flat panel & an acquisition workstation. This solution allows to upgrade analog solutions into fully digital solutions. The flat panels are available in 36x43 or 43x43 sizes for Bone/Lung applications and adaptable to tables, X-ray potters, mobiles. Our acquisition workstation can manage different manufacturers of flat panels and offers an intuitive interface: - Launching image acquisition - Adding exams and worklist management - Stitching images of the spine or lower limbs (stitching module) - Visualizing images and applying image treatments - Creating measurements and adding annotations - Advanced printing management in DICOM or Windows - Exporting and transferring images to PACS or archiving system such as our Med Archive or to multimodality diagnostic workstations such as our Med Mammo or Med Diag.
