Graphix is an all-in-one station for marking small to medium-sized parts. It uses fibre laser technology. It provides maximum safety for your operators. Its marking possibilities are multiple: alphanumeric characters, logos or Datamatrix. Its advantage? An intelligent software with a material database to make markings in only 2 clicks! Simply select the material of the part and the desired marking effect. This makes it possible to do away with the complicated settings required to carry out laser marking, and thus to make it accessible to everyone. But that's not all! Technomark has also developed a marking head with an on-board camera that allows the rendering and positioning of the marking on the screen. You no longer need to move the part to ensure that the marking is correctly positioned, it adapts to your part because everything can be controlled from the screen. Accessories are also available to meet all your needs: automatic door, rotating axis, side openings...

SAFE No need for a bulky class 1 laser housing, the Mini-inline isolates the laser beam while the safety sensors make sure the part and Mini-inline are present: maximum laser engraver safety for the operator and his work environment. COMPACT Thanks to its size, the Mini-inline is easily added to your existing production line. It allows the integration of our industrial laser marking system in very narrow areas, to engrave the necessary information on a wide range of parts. COST-EFFECTIVE This accessory has the advantage of being cheaper than a class 1 laser protection housing: lower purchase price, and no pre-study cost for the final installation. In addition of the time saved installing the Mini-inline on the laser marker.

The 20W laser head is adapted for most of the applications for a surface marking, 30w is the solution for your fast and high-contrast markings, and 50W is the most suitable solution for deep laser markings.

FROM THE NATURAL TO THE TRANSPARENT Our powerful and versatile CO2 laser engravers use a 10600nm wavelength in the infrared range, which provides a precise and permanent marking on a wide range of materials such as natural materials (wood, leather, paper, transparent material (glass, transparent plastics) and coated materials (painted surfaces, anodized aluminium). ECO-FRIENDLY SOLUTION FOR IDENTIFICATION MARKING Direct marking with CO2 laser engraver is a real alternative to stamping, inkjet or labelling in several fields. The CO2 laser works without consumables, unlike the other alternatives, so there is no need to replace ink or stop the laser head for maintenance. EXTRAORDINARY PEAK POWER The Hybrid laser is characterized by its peak power and extremely short pulse duration. Thanks to its high peak power of up to 150,000 W per shot, which is 15 times more powerful than a standard fiber laser at the same energy level, it offers a unique interaction on plastics for high-contrast marking permanent marking. DPSS LASER The small diameter of the laser spot is combined with a very short pulse duration of 8ns, 10 times shorter than a standard fiber laser. The quality of the direct marking is perfect, with no halos or distortion due to heating. It is the ideal solution for applications requiring thin marking and perfect aesthetic results such as the horology and jewelry sectors. VERSATILITY: METAL OR PLASTIC ENGRAVING All types of direct marking finishes are possible thanks to the power range of the HYBRID laser. It is the perfect solution when you have a variety of parts made of different materials from hard metal to soft plastic engraving.

COLD LASER PERMANENT MARKING Cold laser marking refers to marking and treatment carried out with minimal thermal stress. Laser beam concentration allows direct marking without generating heat into parts, avoiding any burning or deformation. This permanent marking doesn’t alter the material and is an ideal solution for identification marking on soft materials and sensitive components. ULTRA-HIGH-DEFINITION MICRO MARKING Gravotech has developed green laser heads that guarantee small and fine markings. It offers an extremely thin spot size of 20 μm for micro markings with exceptional resolution while limiting thermal stress on the material. Small 2D Datamatrix, detailed logo, precise removal of thin layers of coating. MARK THE IMPOSSIBLE WITH THE GREEN LASER This range uses a 532 nm wavelength to mark materials that would not normally react to infrared wavelengths: from rough to the most transparent plastics, reflective metals (copper, silver, gold), ceramic, cardboard, wood.

Graphix Plus is an all-in-one laser marking station equipped with an electrical door (manual control) with an opening of up to 580mm. It has a large loading capacity and can be used to mark small to medium-sized parts. The X-axis is motorised, allowing the head to move vertically, giving a marking zone 475mm long. The marking head with on-board camera allows you to view the rendering and position the marking on-screen, thanks to the Smart View function. There's no need to move the part to ensure that the marking is correctly positioned; it adapts to the part, as everything can be controlled from the screen. Its ergonomic software developed by Technomark is very easy to use. It has a materials database, enabling marking to be done in just a few clicks. The station has a 250x225mm opening on the left-hand side for marking long parts. Its aluminium plate with universal T-slot allows various clamping systems to be fitted, such as a rotating D-axis for marking cylindrical parts.

LARGE MARKING POSSIBILITIES With its 3-sided door, the LW3 benefits from the best inside height dimensions and can securely envelop and mark parts up to 628 mm high. Thanks to its compatibility with our Fiber, Hybrid, Green industrial laser series, the LW3 can mark with high precision nearly every metal or plastic surfaces on its special positioning table.
