Aluminium. Note: The lifting column is an electrically driven system with fully integrated technology, which is maintenance-free and operated according to the plug & work principle. With a maximum speed of 8 mm/s, up to two lifting columns can be driven synchronously between 355 mm and 500 mm using the control (85300-10-90). Optionally, two controls can be connected together with a connection cable (85300-10-91X1000) so that four lifting columns can be driven synchronously. These lifting columns are suitable for thrust and traction loads. At least one control (85300-10-90) and one hand switch (85300-15-1) are required for commissioning the lifting columns. The mounting plate (85300-930040) enables the lifting column to be easily installed into the customer's application.

Ball lifting pins are quick and simple lifting devices with swing shackles. The balls are unlocked by pressing the push button. After releasing the push button, the ball is securely locked. Protected against corrosion and weather-resistant High-strength, hardened, extremely durable pin. TÜV-tested. Values X min., F1, F2 and F3 with 5x safety factor.

The lifting slings correspond to DIN EN 14921. The are made of highstrength polyester straps. The sling surface is also impregnated with polyurethane to make it abrasionproof. The working load limit (WLL) and the cord tonnage (tonne capacity per cord) are either woven into or printed on the sling. The safety label with the CE mark and technical data is firmly sewn to the sling. The colour of the sling corresponds to the colour code scheme for load capacities of textile type slings. The lifting slings have high UV resistance and low moisture absorption. Safety factor 71 Example WLL 1000kg = break load 7000kg. These lifting slings carry the CE mark according to the European machinery directive. The stated WLL applies to a vertical lift. By a basket lift the WLL is doubled.

This simplifies installation directly on a plate or directly on the body of another table no need to build a vertical structure to fix it. In the fixed body version, they also make it possible to fix a load at the end (on the end flange) the quality of the embedding of the guide rods in this flange guarantees reliability even in the event of a bulky load (example label printer). Silent blocks are rubber parts placed between components that have only very small amplitude movements, to absorb vibrations and noise from machines equipped with motors. The cam-type limit switch is a device used to control the movement of industrial and construction machinery. Information is transmitted via the shaft actuating micro-switches. The grounding brush, otherwise known as an earth brush, ensures good continuity of grounding as well as cleaning the running tracks. Standard versions are available in rectangular 40A, 100A, and 220A. On request, we can offer models with higher capacities (400A) or round brushes in Ø42 or 60 mm. Standard brushes consist of brass plates and stainless steel wires, but we can also offer stainless steel brushes versions on request ( plates and wires). Note, this product is not suitable for explosive environments (ATEX).

Telecrane remote controls are available in three distinct ranges, all made of reinforced polymers for optimal robustness. F21-E3M: Specifically designed for applications such as hoists or sanitation trucks, they offer between 2 and 6 functions ( with 1 step buttons). F24: Equipped with 12 to 52 functions, these remote controls are versatile. We offer various electrical collectors ( also called slip ring). The threaded tube range ( for use with vertical axis at maximum speed 30 rpm) includes: PRP: 6-36 tracks 20A, 4-24 tracks 30A, 4-12 tracks 50A, IP51. PRS: 6-15 tracks 20A, 4-14 tracks 30A, 4-10 tracks 50A, IP55. PMS: 6-30 tracks 20A, IP55, air passage in option. The capsule collector range equipped with 3 to 56 tracks (2A/6A/8A/ETHERNET, 10A, 20A 250VAC), available in IP51 or IP55 versions, and radiofrequency versions (8 to 36 tracks) at a maximum of 500 rpm. The pendant push-button boxes of the RBAB range are the result of extensive ergonomics studies. The manufacture of segments is a significant operation which requires the creation of a large manufacturing plant and very significant handling means, given the weight and size of these bulky loads. Indeed, the weight of a single segment can vary from 3 to 17 tonnes. On site, ACIMEX lifters have many uses in the plant and in storage areas: standalone vacuum lifters and storage grabs are frequently used by our customers as well as stripping lifters, turners, triple clamps or tables.

Bespoke machines are pieces of equipment installed on production lines (handling line, output line, etc.) and which are used to move different types of heavy loads from point A to point B (storage area). ACIMEX is specialized in the manufacture of equipment fitted with suction cups which detect the weight, the diameter and the size of heavy loads in order to grip them in complete safety and so facilitate the production process.
