APPLICATION Manual application : with a trowel or filling knife. Mechanical application : airless spray, spraying machine. In cold weather, mix the product quickly to aid aspiration. We recommend removing the filter from the pump, spraying at about 60 cm from the substrate.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION CE 78 PERFECT’LIGHT is a lightweight ready-mix paste specially formulated for jointing mitred-edge plasterboards in association with plaster tape. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, lightweight fillers, preservation agent and various adjuvants. The paste is white. COVERINGS. Plasterboard primer. Smoothing filler. APPLICATION Before actual jointing, fill any accidental gaps between boards and any other areas (spalls, deterioration of the surface etc.). Apply manually by «buttering» the mitred-edge using a 10 or 15 cm plaster spatula and then adding the tape Then add a finishing coat, allow to dry and finish to hide the tape. Also hide the screw heads. For projecting vertical edges, use reinforced tape.

SUITABLE SURFACES All types of plasterboard with or without insulation (glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene) with mitred edges and carded surfaces. COVERINGS Plasterboard primer. Smoothing filler. Indexing plungers are used where it is necessary to prevent changes of position due to lateral forces. A new locking position can be set only after the plunger has been manually disengaged. With this indexing plunger a cam lever is used to retract the pin. The indexing plunger remains unlocked as long as the handle is positioned over the dead-centre of the cam. Ceramic bearings Si3N4. Bearing cage PTFE. For most applications Si3N4 is the preferred material for ceramic bearings. Silicon nitride bearings are light, very hard and highly wear resistant. High and ultrahigh performance bearings are used in e.g. aerospace technology, metal production industries (high application temperatures), machine manufacturing, chemical industries (chemically aggresive substances), pharmaceutical and medical industries, semiconductor and biotechnology (clean room enviroments which may not be contaminated by lubricants). Axon’ offers extruded flat cables with round conductors for any application requiring space reduction and temperature resistance. The round conductors are insulated with FEP or ETFE. These ribbon cables are characterized with their temperature resistance : -90°C to + 155°C for ETFE, -90°C to +155°C for ETFE insulated flat cables. They are highly resistant to abrasion and traction and have an excellent flexlife.They are available in 1.27 mm and 2.54 mm pitches.

Zirconia grades are various. They differentiate from each other by the nature of the stabilising agent which is used. In its pure form, zirconia is not stable. Magnesia-partially-stabilised zirconia (MgO-PSZ) and yttria-partially stabilised zirconia (Y-TZP) in particular offer an outstanding resistance to mechanical shocks as well as to flexural load, because of their high fracture toughness and relative “ elasticity ”. These two zirconias are advanced ceramics of choice for severe mechanical applications. Other grades in fully stabilised composition exist and are mostly used for high-temperature applications.
