Once fixed to the outside of the tank, this device enables the detection of the lower (BO contact) and upper levels (NF contact). It is essential to verify that the chemical nature of the stored liquid is compatible with the immersed components of the level detector.

The EUROMIX® vertical shaft floating agitator is designed for all mixing applications and operates at 1000 rpm. The liquid rises to the surface of the tank and discharged at the base. The EUROMIX® flow-guide pipe allows the fluid to be directed to the base of the tank and can be used for deep tanks. The specific flow created ensures the mixing of the liquid. The general basis of the mixing being vertical, the water is directed at very high-speed causing a laminar flow by the agitation unit at the tank base. The EUROMIX® thus prevent the formation of dead zones in the tanks. It prevents sedimentation and rapid settling in holding and mixing tanks.

The Aquaturbo AER-AS is a high-speed floating mechanical aerator. It consists of a high efficiency ambient operated motor customized to Aquaturbo wet environment operating standards. The unit is constructed from stainless steel and consists of a one-piece float, a suction cone, and a two flight Archimedes style Screwpeller®. The Screwpeller® generates a flat and large-diameter spray pattern maximizing the air-water contact zone. The AER-AS is easily adaptable to nearly any basin configuration. With a lengthened intake cone section, the AER-AS can penetrate water depths up to 8 m. This allows the unit to draw activated sludge of low oxygen concentration from the bottom of the basin to be transformed into an oxygen-rich surface discharge. Easy to install, robust and reliable, the Aquaturbo AER-AS ensures efficient aeration and mixing for years of maintenance free service.

The Aquafen® is a high-speed floating aerator for the aeration and mixing of industrial effluent and wastewater prevents stagnation in lagoons. Provided the supply and distribution of oxygen for the treatment of wastewater. Allows the wastewater to be mixed to maintain the solid particles in suspension and ensure effective treatment of the solution in the lagoons. Designed for simple installation and can be in situ above the water surface without draining the lagoon. Fasten the floating clamp to the fixture with the M12 screw. Adjust the height stop and the swivel range using the blue sleeve and lock with the 3x2.5 mm grub screws. When setting the height leave generous clearance above. For safe operation the M12 tapped hole must always be closed. For specific clamping applications the standard jaws can be altered or replaced. Form B: Fasten the floating clamp with M6 fastening holes to a fixture. Adjust the height stop and pivot range using the blue adjusting sleeve and clamp with grub screws (4x AF 2.5). When setting the height limit, allow ample play at the top. For specific clamping situations, the standard jaw plates can be modified or replaced.

The axis height of the spindle bearings matches the fixed bearing unit 2407801. The floating bearing units consist of a housing with deep groove ball bearing, which adapts axially to the linear expansion of the spindle.
