Saws the husked ears of corn into several pieces (1 to 3). Capacity (automatic feeding version) of 110 ears/minute with the ACC feed system of the cutter. Capacity (manual feeding version) of 60 ears/minutes with two operators. Machine primarily comprised of an automatic feed (automatic feeding version only), a roller conveyor and a cutting head with circular saws. For the two versions, an operator manages the orientation of the ears on the conveyor belt Roller conveyor for visual control and feeding the saw. EL FORM is a modular case or tray former. The pneumatic version is able to reach up to 30 trays per minute, the digital version up to 65 trays per minute. The standard model is suitable for small capacity lines and may be adapted by adding options to achieve higher output rates. This machine is designed with interfaces for connecting a collaborative feeding system (Cobot, shuttle, etc). EL FORM carton reloading is horizontally designed to prevent musculoskeletal disorder. EL FORM is totally designed to be interfaced with any SYNERLINK machines.
