Aluminium. Note: The lifting column is an electrically driven system with fully integrated technology, which is maintenance-free and operated according to the plug & work principle. With a maximum speed of 8 mm/s, up to two lifting columns can be driven synchronously between 355 mm and 500 mm using the control (85300-10-90). Optionally, two controls can be connected together with a connection cable (85300-10-91X1000) so that four lifting columns can be driven synchronously. These lifting columns are suitable for thrust and traction loads. At least one control (85300-10-90) and one hand switch (85300-15-1) are required for commissioning the lifting columns. The mounting plate (85300-930040) enables the lifting column to be easily installed into the customer's application.

The suitable programming software and interface cable for the stepper motor with positioning control are available as accessories (2500015).

Tables with ballscrew for motor The ballscrew is reversible and the axial precision of these tables is <0.07 mm. The maxi stroke is 400 mm, and any intermediate stroke can be produced. For a XY cross table, the tables are mounted on each other directly by the body with option 308922* (smooth holes are made in the body of a table). For less precise positioning applications, these tables are available with trapezoidal screw.

We offer various electrical collectors ( also called slip ring). The threaded tube range ( for use with vertical axis at maximum speed 30 rpm) includes: PRP: 6-36 tracks 20A, 4-24 tracks 30A, 4-12 tracks 50A, IP51. PRS: 6-15 tracks 20A, 4-14 tracks 30A, 4-10 tracks 50A, IP55. PMS: 6-30 tracks 20A, IP55, air passage in option. The capsule collector range equipped with 3 to 56 tracks (2A/6A/8A/ETHERNET, 10A, 20A 250VAC), available in IP51 or IP55 versions, and radiofrequency versions (8 to 36 tracks) at a maximum of 500 rpm. The FASTON connection collector range has diameters of 32 to 70mm, 2-8 tracks (2A/5A/14A, 20A), 240VAC/DC or 400VAC/VDC, IP51 or IP55 versions, and can be driven up to a maximum of 400 rpm. The hollow shaft collector range has an internal diameter from Ø 3 to 100mm, 2 to 96 tracks (2A-20A, Ethernet), IP51 or IP65 versions, and can be driven up to a maximum of 500 rpm. FDC100® Flat Display Connections or LVDS FFC are Flat Flexible Cables which are aimed at connecting HD displays with the LVDS electrical signaling system. LVDS FFC are made with a 100 Ohm shielded flat flexible cable and connectors compatible with board-mount FI-R connectors. Axon' also offers ultra high speed flat flexible cables compliant with the V-by-One® HS protocol.

FDC-Flat Display Connections, axolink® consist of flat flexible cables and connectors. They have been designed for connections of flat displays including HD screens. A special range of Axolink® has also been developed for connecting full HD displays with LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signal). These miniature connections are made with 0.50 mm, 1.00 mm and 1.25 mm pitch flat flexible cables. They can be terminated with connectors such as DF-9, DF-19, FI-SE or FI-X at one or both ends.

Vibraflame® is a range of cables designed to resist extreme temperatures ranging from -196°C to +1565°C.These fire resistant range of cables do not propagate flame and do not contain asbestos. They can be used as control, coaxial or power feed cables. Axon’ offer extension and compensating cables for thermocouples insulated with vibraflame® material and resistant to temperatures of up to 1050°C. These heat resistant cables can be made with nickel plated copper, nickel alloy, nickel chrome, iron, constantan, copper alloy, cupronickel for extension and compensating cable. They are insulated with a special combination of mica, organic polymers and fibre glass. Applications include power and control cables in steel works, oil refinery, electric furnace, blast furnace,etc

SpaceWire link is used to enable the reliable transmission of data at high speed (between 2 Mb/s and 400 Mb/s) from one unit to another. SpaceWire links are full-duplex, point-to-point, serial data communication links. Advantages Near constant total drive current (+3,5 mA for logic 1 and -3,5 mA for logic 0) which decreases switching noise on power supplies. High immunity to ground potential difference between driver and receiver. LVDS can tolerate at least ±1 V ground difference. High immunity to induced noise because of differential signalling normally using twisted-pair cable. Low EMI because small equal and opposite currents create small electromagnetic fields which tend to cancel one another out. Not dependent upon particular device supply voltages. Simple 100 Ohms termination at receiver. Power consumption is typically 50 mW per driver receiver pair for LVDS compared to 120 mW for ECL or PECL.

Axon' offers a complete range of coaxial cables designed to transmit signals with minimum distortion and attenuation while preventing the reception of outside interference. Several versions are available : siingle or double screen, triaxial cables, low noise and sub-miniature coaxial cables. Axon' coaxial cables are made with silver plated copper conductor insulated with various materials including PTFE, FEP, celloflon® (axon' patented porous PTFE). The screen is made with silver plated copper and the outer insulating material can be made with PTFE, ETFE, FEP, or PFA. Coaxial cables can be offered with big diameters (for example 11.30 mm)

Axojump® Flat Flexible Cables (FFC) consist of flat tin or gold plated copper conductors laminated between polyester insulating films with reinforced ends. They are compatible with ZIF or LIF (Zero/Low Insertion Force) connectors. FFC are offered with various pitches including 0.30, 0.50, 0.80, 1.00, 1.25, 1.27 and 2.54 mm. Different types of insulation tapes depending on the requested temperature and flexibility are proposed. Different types of stripping and reinforcement tapes, dependent on the connection type can be manufactured. Axon' has developed picocoax® a complete range of miniature coaxial cables and harnesses for applications where a large number of signals have to be transmitted with no interference. They can be used for measurement equipment and medical devices. Picocoax miniature coaxial cables offer a good compromise between small diameter (for example 0.20 mm) and capacitance of 50 to 100 pF/m. Picocoax® miniature coaxial cables are made with silver plated copper alloy conductor and high performance dielectric materials including FEP or Celloflon (porous PTFE patented by Axon'). Axon' also offers multipicocoax made with bundles of 18 to 304 picocoax cables. These composite cables are very flexible.

Low width flexible flat cables, Picoline®, are made with flat copper conductors insulated with a polyester tape. They have been designed for airbag rotary connectors used to release the driver’s airbag housed under the steering wheel. They have the following advantages: reduced friction due to round external profile, less noise in the cassette. They can be punched to facilitate positioning Picoline® can be overmoulded. Picoline® low width flexible flat cables are mainly used for automotive applications.

Flexforce™ power cables are flexible composite cables designed for applications where high currents have to be carried. Their main advantages are as follows: high current carrying capacity, very good resistance to cut-through, to high temperature (150 C°). Possibility of shielding for excellent EMI protection. Resistance to fluids (hydraulic liquid, mineral oil, gasoline, diesel). Flexforce flexible power cables are made up of extra-flexible tin plated copper conductors insulated with FEP or Axon's special high temperature thermoplastic ASC15 and including separating tapes.

Spiral cables and cords axospiral® can be used for any electrical connection involving portable devices and moving equipment where flexing would cause damage to conventional wire and cable constructions. Axospiral composite cables have many advantages : flexibility, space saving, resistance to heat, chemicals, solvents. Axospiral wires and cables insulated with FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PFA, polyimide, vitax™, PU, ... dependent on the application. They can be overmoulded or terminated with different types of connectors. Axopiral composite cables and cords can be used for various applications: medical instrumentation, computer printers, robotics, test equipment.

Axomove® is a range of round composite cables specially designed for robotic technology applications. They are able to meet the most demanding requirements of the automation technology. The main characteristics are as follows : good flexlife and resistance to torsion, small dimensions, small bend radius, resistance to oil and solvents, abrasion resistance, EMI protection.
