The intrinsic quality of the various components, sub-assemblies and software is checked at each stage of design and manufacturing. During the pre-validation phases, performance, durability, and efficiency goals are meticulously assessed and cross-checked with the obligations defined in the specifications. These efficiency targets are cross-referenced and verified with our customer upon commissioning of the equipment, following the implementation of a duly developed validation protocol.

Our metal work unit is equipped with all the equipment required to carry out the majority of operations related to the production and shaping of metal objects: mortising machine, press, drilling machines, rolling machines, semi-automatic welding stations and TIG/Plasma/Oxycutting workstations. Our vast range of metal work equipment and the adaptability of the workshop’s covered areas are ideal for performing almost every type of shaping.

A major challenge when designing special machinery, the quality of design and integration of hydraulic and pneumatic controls is key for proper operation, reliability and maintenance purposes. Fully aware of these issues, we take the greatest possible care and apply our wealth of experience to design and integrate pneumatic and hydraulic control solutions that are both efficient and reliable. The components used are all selected from the most widely used, tried-and-tested solutions available from leading manufacturers. At your request, we will install the materials recommended by your technical services.

The disconnectable tubing makes the installation disconnectable. We manufacture tubing (2 gas-liquid lines), equipped with 4 disconnectable female unions, and we supply the 4 disconnectable male unions, that you will have to screw on the machine side.
