TECHNICAL DEFINITION Levelling filler for vertical substrates and for use on ceilings for poured concrete or pre-cast slabs. Ideal for the preparation of pre-cast slabs, formwork concrete and for the renovation of textured finishes or fibreglass with a paint finish. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS EXTREM filler is sprayed using the Airless pump or rotor machine/Flat spray stator in 2 coats. The first coat must be levelled using a 60 cm blade or levelled with a straight edge. After drying, the second coat must be smoothed using a blade.

The paste is white in colour. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Cracking : Up to 5mm thickness with no cracking. APPLICATION Application is carried out manually, spreading the thinned the product with a coating knife across 10 or 15 cm, before laying the tape in position. In the event of projecting vertical angles, use reinforced tape (frame placed at the side of the panel). Apply tape to the internal ceiling corners, making sure that the concrete is free of any trace of forming oil. The surface must be dry and free of any type of powder or insufficiently adherent product.

APPLICATION. • The first coat should be levelled out using 60 cm scraper or skimmed with a rule. • After drying, the second coat should be smoothed with a scraper. • After allowing to set slightly, squeeze the filler at a slight angle using a clean scraper.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION CE 78 PERFECT’LIGHT is a lightweight ready-mix paste specially formulated for jointing mitred-edge plasterboards in association with plaster tape. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, lightweight fillers, preservation agent and various adjuvants. The paste is white. COVERINGS. Plasterboard primer. Smoothing filler. Apply manually by «buttering» the mitred-edge using a 10 or 15 cm plaster spatula and then adding the tape Then add a finishing coat, allow to dry and finish to hide the tape. Also hide the screw heads. For projecting vertical edges, use reinforced tape.

Then apply a finishing layer, leave to dry and finish to hide the tape and screw heads. In the event of projecting vertical angles, use reinforced tape.

COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, lightening fillers, preservative and various admixtures. The compound is white. SUITABLE SURFACES Plasterboard, plaster, AAC, brick, fibreglass cloth, gypsum block, concrete, render, old paint. APPLICATION Roller, trowel or airless applications of the product are possible. For roller application, the product should be mixed before use. Nozzles recommended for airless application : 35 and 41. AMOUNT REQUIRED Depends on the thickness applied : from 0.4 to 2 kg/m². DRYING TIME The second coat can be applied 6-24 hours after the first, depending on the ambient conditions.
