Shape and teeth of your blade can be adjusted to your raw material and machine requirements. Surface coating, like TIN, and various steel grade are possible.

For cereal bars, we manufacture circular blades adequate for lengthwise cutting and straight blades for your cross cut. Specific blades for extruded products can be manufactured.

The sealing jaw can be produced in stainless steel, D2, bronze,… Blades can be straight with a beveled edge or square-edged “zig-zag” / bias edge zig zag. We also supply glow rod, temperature sensor and grub screw.

Our production capacity enables us to produce chopper blades until 3 300 mm of length. Blades can have variable teeth types and pitches (usually from 23 to 25mm, from 15 to 16 mm), grinded to your needs. Moreover, various steel grade can be used to manufacture your chopper blades, depending on your products, hardness, abrasivness, ... . Surface coating like TEFLON can be applied to provide protection and limits stickiness of your industrial product on the blades.

This type of stabilizer is often used in fields where repairs and hardfacing of the blades are not available. Hardfacing on the blades can be any of our three tungsten carbide compounds (TOPIC, TOPLOY, TOPFLAME) , or custom-made according to your needs (pressed inserts, trapezoidal blocks, etc.).
