However, our key asset is the proximity of our manufacturing workshop to our Design Office, which facilitates the sharing of skills and the optimisation of components. This high-level of reactivity and flexibility also means that we can quickly respond to requests for replacement parts or repairs in case of unexpected breakdowns.

Engrave and cut quickly with precision Thanks to its surface layer of just a few microns, you minimize the work involved in post-engraving cleaning. Gravoply™ 2 ensures you obtain the perfect quality during engraving and mechanical cutting. Available in 26 colors, Gravoply™ 2 also offers a good performance during CO2 laser engraving. The surface layer of Gravoply™ 2 can be lazered but the engraving quality may vary depending on the color. Cutting in the vector mode is not recommended.

As a state-of-the-art plastic injection moulding company, we guarantee the highest standards of quality. The thermoplastic granules, with a diameter of 2 to 3 mm, are carefully sucked into a hopper and then heated to high temperature. The molten, malleable material is then injected into the mould, selected according to your specifications. Our high-precision injection moulding machines apply high pressure to allow the plastic to spread evenly in the mould, giving it its final shape. In just a few seconds, the part cools and solidifies, ready to be ejected into a recovery bin. Thermalux® Polysulfone (PSU) is an amber colored, semi-transparent, heat-resistant, high performance engineering thermoplastic that offers higher heat resistance and better hydrolytic stability than polycarbonate (PC). It retains its good mechanical properties when exposed to steam and other sterilization techniques. We offer it in natural light amber in either rods, films and sheets.
