Our source materials are then forwarded to our Saint-Malo workshop where the "Breton Fish sticks" are manufactured. PESK BIZ is indeed a Breton name which means Breton fish stick. To make our BREIZH SURIMI crab sticks, our sailors venture off the Brittany, Ireland & Scotland coasts in search for the best the sea has to offer. If our products are so tasty, it is because they are made from Blue whiting fillets we freeze aboard our vessel so that they stay fresh, then we steam in our Saint-Malo workshop. Our surimi is full of "made in Brittany" proteins!
