MAFDEL propose a choice of coatings to meet particular conveyance constraints: adherence, slippage, abrasion or temperature resistances… - Green PVC - Black rubber - Polyester felt - Aramid felt - Linatech - Parablond - Cellular foam - Sylomer foam - Rubber - Lycra It is also possible to provide embossed conveyor belts : - Non-slip studded - Sawtooth - SG3 - Diamond The embossing can be realized on all the range of conveyor belts, except DEL/ROC, with a maximum width of 380mm.

Ridge-top v-belts allow minimizing the contact between the belt and the transported product. They are particularly adapted to tiles, bricks, ceramics… MAFDEL proposes 2 types of ridge-top v-belts: - Standard ridge-top belts: Made in a single material, they are available in DEL/FLEX red and SOUPLEX white aramide reinforced. - TOPGRIP ridge-top belt: Flexible and resistante, the TOPGRIP ridge-top can be bonded to all the range of v-belts (except DEL/ROC).

MAFDEL manufactures a large range of v-belts to meet the most needs: material, hardness, cogged or not, with or without coatings… V-belts are quick and easy to weld, without previous dismanting.

Made in PEAD white or blue, VIT/GLISS runners are available for round and v-belts. They have many advantages: - Perfect guidance of belts - Excellent friction coefficient allowing increase the load capacity - Very good resistance to abrasion - Good resistance against corrosion and many chemical agents - Shock-proof MAFDEL technical teams can realize special runners for v-belts: out-of-center grooves and chamfer, thin edges, multi grooves…
