TOUCH SCREEN Just press the touch screen and the LW2 takes care of the rest! The door closes automatically, the laser is positioned at the right focus height, the marking is done in a few seconds and the door opens. This laser station does not require training. COLD LASER PERMANENT MARKING Cold laser marking refers to marking and treatment carried out with minimal thermal stress. Laser beam concentration allows direct marking without generating heat into parts, avoiding any burning or deformation. This permanent marking doesn’t alter the material and is an ideal solution for identification marking on soft materials and sensitive components. ULTRA-HIGH-DEFINITION MICRO MARKING Gravotech has developed green laser heads that guarantee small and fine markings. It offers an extremely thin spot size of 20 μm for micro markings with exceptional resolution while limiting thermal stress on the material. Small 2D Datamatrix, detailed logo, precise removal of thin layers of coating. MARK THE IMPOSSIBLE WITH THE GREEN LASER This range uses a 532 nm wavelength to mark materials that would not normally react to infrared wavelengths: from rough to the most transparent plastics, reflective metals (copper, silver, gold), ceramic, cardboard, wood.

DEEP MARKING With up to 0.5 mm depth, the XF530 dot peen machine is the only deep marking system able to reach this level of depth in such a short cycle time. The marking results are clear and resistant to weather conditions, contaminants, rust, and guaranteed long-term readability. DOT PEEN ENGRAVING The XF530 large marking area of 200 mm (7.9 in) X 50 mm (2 in) is specially adapted to engrave large characters (more than 10mm (0.4) height) for easy readability from a long distance or in outdoor locations. DEEP ENGRAVING MACHINE This deep dot peen engraving machine in pneumatic or electromagnetic version is made of high-quality and high-performance components. Its proven design has been improved for decades to obtain exceptional durability and reliability, especially in the most demanding applications.

EXTRAORDINARY PEAK POWER The Hybrid laser is characterized by its peak power and extremely short pulse duration. Thanks to its high peak power of up to 150,000 W per shot, which is 15 times more powerful than a standard fiber laser at the same energy level, it offers a unique interaction on plastics for high-contrast marking permanent marking. DPSS LASER The small diameter of the laser spot is combined with a very short pulse duration of 8ns, 10 times shorter than a standard fiber laser. The quality of the direct marking is perfect, with no halos or distortion due to heating. It is the ideal solution for applications requiring thin marking and perfect aesthetic results such as the horology and jewelry sectors. VERSATILITY: METAL OR PLASTIC ENGRAVING All types of direct marking finishes are possible thanks to the power range of the HYBRID laser. FROM THE NATURAL TO THE TRANSPARENT Our powerful and versatile CO2 laser engravers use a 10600nm wavelength in the infrared range, which provides a precise and permanent marking on a wide range of materials such as natural materials (wood, leather, paper, transparent material (glass, transparent plastics) and coated materials (painted surfaces, anodized aluminium). ECO-FRIENDLY SOLUTION FOR IDENTIFICATION MARKING Direct marking with CO2 laser engraver is a real alternative to stamping, inkjet or labelling in several fields. The CO2 laser works without consumables, unlike the other alternatives, so there is no need to replace ink or stop the laser head for maintenance.
