We offer various electrical collectors ( also called slip ring). The threaded tube range ( for use with vertical axis at maximum speed 30 rpm) includes: PRP: 6-36 tracks 20A, 4-24 tracks 30A, 4-12 tracks 50A, IP51. PRS: 6-15 tracks 20A, 4-14 tracks 30A, 4-10 tracks 50A, IP55. PMS: 6-30 tracks 20A, IP55, air passage in option. The capsule collector range equipped with 3 to 56 tracks (2A/6A/8A/ETHERNET, 10A, 20A 250VAC), available in IP51 or IP55 versions, and radiofrequency versions (8 to 36 tracks) at a maximum of 500 rpm. The FASTON connection collector range has diameters of 32 to 70mm, 2-8 tracks (2A/5A/14A, 20A), 240VAC/DC or 400VAC/VDC, IP51 or IP55 versions, and can be driven up to a maximum of 400 rpm. The hollow shaft collector range has an internal diameter from Ø 3 to 100mm, 2 to 96 tracks (2A-20A, Ethernet), IP51 or IP65 versions, and can be driven up to a maximum of 500 rpm. We also have a range of pneumatic and hydraulic rotary joints.

Punches and set eyelets with washers in only one operation, in all types of material. It can be manufactured for setting eyelets from 6mm to 17mm internal diameter hole (only one measure per machine). According to the work developed, washer setting can be cancelled so the machine only sets eyelets. This machine is especially designed for textile and awning industry and also for graphic arts. Led lighting inside the machine to light the working area. Great raceway capacity. Laser pointer installed on the machine as standard. Sensors as standard on both eyelet and washer raceways. Detects lack of eyelets/washers. Touch screen to control all machine functions, alarm warning or grease needs.

This machine punches and sets the eyelet/grommet in one stroke. Automatic clutch ensures one stroke at each depression of the pedal. if it is necessary washers has to be placed by hand. The tooling area of the machine includes a lever with a security ring to protect the operator from injury. Simple and fast to change Hopper, Raceway and Tools for different size of the eyelets. Set eyelets/grommets from 2 to 17 mm. diameter. Can be bench mounted or mounted on castors for simple floor movement between setting positions. Input voltage can be 380 V. 3 phases, or 220 V. single phase, or 220 V. 3 phases. A target light for accurate positioning of the eyelet is offered as an optional extra.

It connects each of the polarities to the 12 V or 24 V power supply . This parallel assembly with the carrier line requires connecting 3 or 5 cables together. This mechanical and electrical protection , given the nominal voltages of 12 V or 24 V, does not require the use of waterproof connectors indoors (limit 400 V / 24 to 32 A). For reasons of space, it is possible to combine welding and heat-shrinkable sleeves.
