The tracks of the profile guide rails are set below an angle of 45° and thus can carry loads from all directions. This rail system is able to absorb highest forces from all directions, is lowwear, and is optimised for moving large masses. Ideal for compact guided cylinder applications while retaining an ISO cylinder. 2 ranges of linear guide units for ISO 21287 cylinder Depending on the stroke and the lateral forces, 2 ranges are available to guide the rod of ISO 21287 cylinders. . 34*EC series is the most compact version, with a rigid connection of the cylinder rod directly screwed into the front plate. This model is therefore limited to cylinders with stroke up to 50 mm. . 34*EF series has a floating rod coupling between the cylinder rod and the front plate. It ensure the guiding and antirotation of the payload, the floating coupling protects the rod of the cylinder from any mechanical stress. Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø12 to 25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 100) cylinders, we can also adapt other types of pneumatic cylinders or electric actuators. Guide unit on plain bearing or ball bearing The plain bearings version is recommended for static radial loads, short strokes, dusty environments, it’s the more economical version. The ball bushings version is recommended for precision (no radial play), high loads at horizontal, long strokes and offcentering loads. For critical applications, we propose Strengthened and Heavy series and for simple antirotations, you can opt for Useries, Classic or Light.

Competitiveness of guide units for ISO 15552 cylinders This range is very competitive since it is 25% less expensive than a HGuide Classic Series 20% less expensive than a UGuide Classic Series 10% less expensive than a UGuide Light Series (comparison made on size 4 – for cylinder Ø32) Area of application of compact guide units These compact guides being available in ball bushings whereas all the Uguide units are generally available in plain bearings only, they are particularly interesting for simple applications at high speed like in packaging machines. It will also be used in tight spaces, but for short strokes (<100 mm), it may be advisable to use a compact cylinder ISO 21287 with the guides

Quadruple bearings or bearing blocks These bearing blocks (or quadruple bearings blocks) permits to realize linear tables with 2 guide rods. Guided on 4 ball bushings and protected by 4 wiper seals. The housing is in anodized aluminium. In option, for dusty environment additionnals wipers in nitrile (/RNI) or polyurethane (/RPU). With 2 guide rods in hardened steel, you can easily make a precision linear table that will withstand significant torques and loads (according to the length of the rods). These blocks are interchangeable with the bodies of Type 306 linear tables, Type 309 trapezoidal screw tables, Type 308 ball screw tables and Type 307 pneumatic cylinder tables. They can therefore be the basis for a special execution of these products.
