The new Miller Weldmaster filter tube line uses our experience from our previous filter systems and introduces revisions that will make filter tube production even easier. This system makes loading your material easier by giving a laser guideline to help ensure the roll is positioned properly which makes set up easier. From the unwind your material will be guided into the heat seamer with the help of a pre fold system and an adjustable tubing guide which will help you make perfect diameter tubes. The tube will then be brought into the conveyor cutter system which will cut the tubes to the exact length you need and our newly designed sweep system will allow you to push your finished tubes off the side into a take away bin. The MICRODYN is an abbreviation of the words "MICROclassificateur DYNamique". It is composed of one or several variable speed classification rotors, clean air for rinsing and a waste discharge spout. It is particularly effective for the production of very fine powder from a pulverulent produced by an existing grinding process. It is fitted as standard on the PAS Integrated Classifier mills. The fine particles are transported by the pneumatic circuit towards a finished product collector (cyclone or filter for finer products). The oversized particles are evacuated out of the circuit along a skirt or through a rotary valve.

The PLM automatic self-cleaning scraper filter is an industrial filter fabricated in stainless steel equipped with a scraper, that does not use any consumables. It is ideal for filtering high viscosity industrial liquids, such as painting, as well as for the chemical, cosmetic or food industries. The PLM filter is self-cleaning and automatic. It has an incredible ability to filter high viscosity products (up to 200,000 cPs). Designed and manufactured in France, this self-cleaning filter is simple, solid and efficient. This industrial self-cleaning filter does not require any consumables, such as filter bags or filter cartridges and is fully automated. It is particularly suitable for industrial filtration of water-based or solvent-based paints and processes for the food industry, such as dough or pastry, jams, chocolate or any other viscous product.
