ERGY 3 is an innovative combination of EPAX® wild fish oils of certified quality. These oils are rich in omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), considered essential by the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES), because human beings cannot synthesise them themselves and have to obtain them from food.
