By simply moving the centre cam roller, the roller carriage can be adjusted so that it is free of play or has the desired pretension in the rail. High travel speeds up to 7 m/s and extremely quiet (faster and quieter than systems that use recirculating balls). The wipers are fitted with an oilsoaked felt. This felt is in constant contact with the track to ensure perfect lubrication. The felts can be recharged using an oil pump through the lubrication points on the front. These brackets are used to hang aluminium profiles for roller rails in a round profile. A mounting set is supplied.

Chain clamps are used mainly in machine and plant construction. Chain clamps enable cylindrical, complicated and large to very large workpieces to be clamped securely and effectively in the quickest and easiest way. Suitable for cylindrical workpieces, valve bodies, pistons etc. The workpiece surface can be protected by attaching the plastic elements. Application: The knurled nut on the clamping bracket can be used to preset the chain length and the clamping force. The required torque is set on the clamping hook. The sprung guide tabs underneath universally match slots sized 8 and 10. Mounting Form A Insert the lower housing part with rollers into the aluminium profile slot. Set the spread pins on the upper housing part into the lower housing part and press down. The spread pins expand the clamps and locks the roller element in the slot. Mounting Form B Insert the lower housing part with rollers into the aluminium profile slot. Set the upper housing part on top and press down. Knocking or screwing the screws in locks and clamps the roller element in the slot.
