Axon' offers an extended range of equipment wires and cables for any applications requiring resistance to high temperatures. Different types of constructions can be proposed and delivered ex stock. They are designed to resist high temperatures ranging from -90°C to +260°C depending on the insulation material ; PTFE, ETFE, FEP or polyimide. They are made with silver plated or nickel plated conductor copper alloy, tin, silver or nickel plated copper. They can be used for various applications: aeronautics, automotive, space telecommunications, electronics, military equipment, general industry, ...

Severe operating conditions in very limited spaces may create demanding routings for the wires and cables with very small bend radius. Axon' offers a range of highly flexible multi-conductor wires and cables called Flexible Wires (FW). Made with silver plated copper and silver plated copper alloy (120,50 and 25 µm strands), they are insulated with FEP. They are designed to resist temperatures from -60°C to +150°C Various configurations are offered including : twisted pairs, shielded versions. Flexible wires can be integrated in large bundles of wires

Axon' offers 2 ranges of wires and cables for space applications : ESA wires and aluminium wires. They have been specially designed for on-board equipment in space applications including satellite and launcher cabling. They meet the most stringent constraints required by those applications. Axon' has developed a range of aluminium wires, axalu®, which can replace traditional copper allowing substantial weight savings. Axon' ESA wires are approved to ESCC3901 and ESCC3902 standards.

Axon' has developed Axovolt®, a new range of high voltage cables and cable assemblies for challenging environment. These miniature interconnect solutions are able to be used up to 20 kVDC for the cables and 12 kVDC for the cable assemblies. They are designed for high voltage applications and reduced atmospheric pressure. ITAR-free, they are manufactured in France. Axovolt® cable assemblies are made with 22AWG, 24 AWG or 26 AWG wires insulated with FEP. They can be terminated with plug connector or receptacles. This is an ideal solution for Defence onboard electronics used by pilots in aircrafts.
