Lebronze alloys Group was born from the integration of different companies specializing in copper alloys, copper, nickel alloys, aluminium alloys, specialty steels, stainless steels, titanium and nickel superalloys. Housing, grey cast iron. Bearing, ballbearing steel 100Cr6. Seal, rubber NBR. Pillow block bearings consist of a sealed singlerow ball bearing with a spherical outer ring which is mounted in a housing. Because of the spherical outer surface of the bearing, shaft misalignment can be compensated for. The bearings are manufactured with a plus tolerance. This results in transition or press fits when using shafts with htolerances. The shaft is secured by grub screws on the inner ring. In normal applications, pillow block bearings are maintenancefree due to the lifetime lubrication. In difficult environmental conditions relubrication can be carried out over the grease nipple. All housing dimensions are nominal dimensions for which the usual casting tolerances must be taken into consideration.

Body steel. Cam levers cast aluminium. Version Body black oxidised. Tnut electro zincplated. Cam levers black powder coated. Note The clamp module is inserted into the Tslot from above and secured using the cam lever, no other tools required. Advantages The eccentric clamp modules can be used on conventional aluminium profile systems or on Tslot tables as stops, fasteners or clamps for components and workpieces.
