ORIGIN Red Wine Bordeaux Château Guillaume Blanc, located a few kilometers from Sainte Foy la Grande, at the edge of Gironde, has been established since the 16th century. The name of the estate refers to the former master of the property, Guilhaume Blanc, who was elected consul of the famous neighboring bastide of Sainte Foy La Grande, a stronghold for trade with England. Château Guillaume Blanc features a charming chartreuse-style building. Its vineyard now spans 65 hectares, fragmented into a myriad of plots. The estate benefits from a complex and unique terroir, where the gravelly sections are planted with Cabernet varieties, and the clay-limestone slopes are planted with Merlot. The viticultural practices are environmentally friendly and certified as Agriculture Raisonnée (Reasoned Agriculture). These characteristics contribute to the production of balanced, ample, and structured wines, available in a variety of cuvées.

ORIGIN Sparkling Wine Bordeaux Crémant Blanc Château Cazeau boasts a magnificent Girondine chartreuse, whose origins date back to the 16th century. It is ideally located in Gornac, along one of the oldest routes of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, just a few kilometers east of Sauveterre de Guyenne. Its vineyard spans over 300 hectares, benefiting from an exceptional location on clay-limestone hillsides reaching an altitude of 110 meters, with predominantly southern exposure. The vines, planted all around the château, are thoughtfully distributed between red and white grape varieties according to the terroirs. With an average age of 35 years, the vines are carefully cultivated using traditional methods, with respect for the environment. The large winery is equipped with all modern facilities (temperature control, pneumatic presses, micro-oxygenation) necessary for producing fine wines.

Dating back to the 1980’s, Grand Bateau is the fruit of the collaboration between Maison Barrière and Chateau Beychevelle, our sister company. The grapes are harvested by hand. For this Cuvée, we only use the first presses only the first pressings of our best vintages. The wine is matured in vats only during the first alcoholic fermentation. for about 3 months, followed by bottling with our second fermentation second fermentation to create fine bubbles. The wine is then aged on laths for a minimum of 1 year for optimum quality. Our blanchers, blancher coolers and coolers are designed and sized for the need according to the products to be processed; according to whether it entails tins preserved or deep frozen food products. designed for the required capacity; dimensions are defined on a case by case basis (length / width).
