PASCHAL Ident technology provides a unique electronic number to every formwork element,quite similar to a human fingerprint. Through this process, one is guaranteed with unmistakable and unique identification which is a pre-requisite for credit processes or for leasing. RFID technology has three essential components - the reader, the transponder(a computer chip with an antenna and casing) and the software that is associated with the reader. Data associated with the formwork element is transmitted online from the reader to the PC, or directly to the online portal.

PASCHAL-Plan was created on the basis of the AutoCAD architecture. The layouts of this product can be entered into AutoCAD, or, alternatively, loaded from existing drawings. The formwork plans are then generated from predefined formwork elements. The plans generated in PPL can be edited and loaded into PASCHAL-Plan pro, with the panels and accessories being positioned at predefined locations. The connection and tie materials are automatically calculated, while users can work on the layout directly in various views. The construction sites are simplified, while the clear 2D drawings are generated after using this product, which can contain information that is relevant for the present task. Next, the detailed representations in 3D show the layout of various accessories and elements and the colored graphics help users understand the drawings.

The adjustable modular column formwork by PASCHAL is a steel frame formwork whose elements are assembled according to the so-called windmill principle. With four elements each square and rectangular column cross-sections can be formed in the adjustment range of 20 cm to 50 cm in increments of 5 cm.

EPS MEANS OPTING FOR MAXIMUM FREEDOM. Technical molded parts made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) are the material of choice when it comes to good moldability, light weight, and outstanding insulation. EPS is ideal for the lost foam casting process. This involves embedding an EPS foam model of the desired component within a casting chamber in molding sand and dissolving it by pouring in molten metal. Compared to other processes, this affords greater design freedom when creating the cast parts, because neither built-in parts nor connections are necessary. As such, even complex cast components can be produced easily and particularly inexpensively. EPS also serves the construction industry well: Due to their very low thermal conductivity, technical molded parts are used as insulation elements and panels for underfloor heating systems. They can also be used as formwork elements. Whether for individual geometries or technically demanding structures, EPS makes it possible.

Frame modular formwork MSK is light panel formwork, main element has the following dimensions 100 cm x 150 cm. Mounting element height is 7.5 cm. Base element width is 100 cm. Due to great width range of finishing (fitting) elements, for example 75, 60, 50, 45, 40, 35, 30 and 25 cm and presence of compensating element of 5 cm, formwork can be adapted to any monolith project. At construction sites where there is no crane formwork installation can be executed manually due to light weight of elements.

EVODECK this system is suitable for all types of ceiling such as: solid concrete, floor slab (paneled surfaces), mixed floor (concrete and masonry) and lightweight slabs. The drop head permits early stripping already after 2 to 5 days and most of the formwork equipment can be reused right away in the next concrete operation.
