AUTO FLUID GREASE ZSA GP 00/000 K-50 MAN MAN 283 MB 264 Willi Vogel De Limon Flume Deutsche Tecalemit Lincoln Special fluid grease for central lubrication systems. AUTOL FLIESSFETT ZSA is a green colored fluid grease for use in central lubrication systems, also for fully automatic systems in accordance with DIN 75 203. It is characterized by good adhesion, good water resistance, relatively high temperature resistance and a particularly pressure-absorbing lubricating film. The conveying behavior was also tested and approved in standardized systems from well-known manufacturers. Possible uses: AUTOL FLIESSFETT ZSA is ideal for use in central lubrication systems, e.g. B. for commercial vehicles, but also for stationary systems and closed gearboxes, which require this grease quality. Normally, several wipers are mounted in series, whereby the passthrough openings are smaller than the profile. The bar is pushed through the elastomer plates at high velocity, and the rubbery material strips the surface free from grease and cleaning fluid residues. It is the edge that counts! Just a like a car window wiper, it is the edge that counts. Normally, the wipers are stamped from sheet goods. During stamping, the elastomer becomes distorted; the inner edge is therefore not dimensionally stable and is at an angle. Only part of the edge wipes emulsions from the surfaces depends on the profiles. This edge is rapidly worn down; the cleaning action is then unsatisfactory. Streakfree cleaning

SISTO-C Elastomer diaphragms bonded with TFM Manufactured in a specially developed process, these compo-site diaphragms are made of an FDA compatible EPDM rubber which is firmly bonded to a TFM film featuring improved mechanical properties and lower permeability compared with conventional PTFE. This material quality also complies with FDA specifications and the EU1935. The TFM’s excellent chemical and thermal properties make this diaphragm type the first choice for applications with chemically aggressive media and high temperatures. This diaphragm type is also recommended for use in media which need to be protected against rubber abrasion and fluids containing oils and greases. As the rubber is fully covered by the TFM sheet, even mechanical damage to the sheet does not result in cavity formation and therefore to undefined spaces which cannot be cleaned. This composite diaphragm is vacuum-resistant.
