The intermittent Form Fill and Seal machines flexo 500/700 Push are pusher-machines that wrap difficult products with ease, such as glass bottles in bundles or salt and pepper shakers. They collect and group the products in order to subsequently push them into the film. In order to ensure that no products tilt over, our machines maintain physical contact with the articles to be packaged until they are safely in the bag. The transversal sealing unit is designed as an intermittent version and processes a wide range of films and product dimensions. The packaging style features a bottom overlap.

The servo X 800 are the most flexible and powerful of film packaging machines in the horizontal large-format segment – and all this with maximum modularity. They can be configured individually and thus meet all requirements. Whether chain infeed or infeed conveyor, servo X 800 machines win over with their continuous packaging process and no stop-and-go, meaning dead time is not an issue when sealing. The high-performance and extremely flexible intermittent Form Fill and Seal machine flexo H is particularly suitable for film packaging of wood and similar long parts from 800 mm in length, such as parquet or laminate, mouldings, wood or laminated wood, furniture parts or doors. It takes just five minutes to deal with a pallet of laminate. Similarly, our flexible packaging machines are ideal for similar length products, including skis and snowboards, spirit levels, rolled goods, steel pipes, and many more items.

The CERTOPAC, a fully automatic high-performance bagging machine, packs any type of free-flowing bulk material in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight between 5 kg and 80 kg. Thanks to its high speed, this open-mouth bagging machine can fill up to 1500 bags per hour. Because of the high flexibility of the packaging machine, bags made of woven PP, PE and paper can be processed. Furthermore, the CERTOPAC stands out due to its easy accessibility and high reliability. This high-performance packaging machine is also available as CERTOPAC-S and CERTOPAC-L in addition to the “standard version”. The differences between the variants are the bag magazines (rotating bag magazine or push magazine), the different filling weights and sizes of the bags. Furthermore, the CERTOPAC can also be completely made of stainless steel and equipped for powdery products.

The SYSTEM-T fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine combines high quality packaging from a PE tube with high production capacity and is therefore ideal to be used in a wide range of industries including petrochemicals, fertilizers, animal feed, food,... Due to the high flexibility of the FFS packaging machine it can be adapted to different customer requirements. For example, pillow bags and gusset bags can be produced with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5kg and 50kg. Additional perforation of the bags is also possible. The SYSTEM-T stands out due to its modern design and a very sturdy and compact construction. Accessibility, generous clearance, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs were of major importance in the development of this machine. For example, the large doors offer easy access to all areas and important parts and cable connections are protected from corrosive and aggressive dust by stainless steel housings.

HOOD PACKAGING MACHINES - FP 5540 – FP 7060 SERIES L-seal hood shrink packaging machine combines sealing with shrinking into one step. The operator places the product between the two layers of mono-fold film, then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. When the shrink time is completed, the hood is returned to the up position and the operator may remove the completed package . The transparent cover makes the process of sealing & cutting and shrinking be visible. Colours: dark gray or orange depending on availability. It suitable for PVC shrink films with max. thickness 30 my and POF shrink films with max. thickness 19 my. Two models are available with a support surface of mm. 500x400x250h - mm. 650x550x300h. The dimensions of the support surface are to be considered with the hood closed.
