The workpieces are aligned, fixed and clamped hydraulically, pneumatically or mechanically. If several parts are processed at the same time, depending on the number of motor spindles, high-precision fixing, positioning and clamping of the parts is necessary. This is only possible with automated tensioning (e.g. hydraulic) and precise alignment of the devices.

EL SLEEVE is a sleeving machine from the bottom-up. The continuous sleeving technology ensures repeatability for positioning of the sleeve graphic in relation to the lid graphic without turning the cups. The intermittent Form Fill and Seal machines flexo 500/700 Push are pusher-machines that wrap difficult products with ease, such as glass bottles in bundles or salt and pepper shakers. They collect and group the products in order to subsequently push them into the film. In order to ensure that no products tilt over, our machines maintain physical contact with the articles to be packaged until they are safely in the bag. The transversal sealing unit is designed as an intermittent version and processes a wide range of films and product dimensions. The packaging style features a bottom overlap.

They are used for manual processing and in flexible shafts and static machines. Alphahon brushes are elastic, flexible brushing tools. At the bristle tips they hold globules made from bonded abrasives. This special construction enables the tools to deburr cross-holes and also to improve adherence of lubricants. Special types with flat pressed wire can be supplied to order.

The high-performance and extremely flexible intermittent Form Fill and Seal machine flexo H is particularly suitable for film packaging of wood and similar long parts from 800 mm in length, such as parquet or laminate, mouldings, wood or laminated wood, furniture parts or doors. The SYSTEM-T fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine combines high quality packaging from a PE tube with high production capacity and is therefore ideal to be used in a wide range of industries including petrochemicals, fertilizers, animal feed, food,... Due to the high flexibility of the FFS packaging machine it can be adapted to different customer requirements. For example, pillow bags and gusset bags can be produced with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5kg and 50kg. Additional perforation of the bags is also possible. The SYSTEM-T stands out due to its modern design and a very sturdy and compact construction. Accessibility, generous clearance, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs were of major importance in the development of this machine. For example, the large doors offer easy access to all areas and important parts and cable connections are protected from corrosive and aggressive dust by stainless steel housings.

The CERTOPAC, a fully automatic high-performance bagging machine, packs any type of free-flowing bulk material in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight between 5 kg and 80 kg. Thanks to its high speed, this open-mouth bagging machine can fill up to 1500 bags per hour. Because of the high flexibility of the packaging machine, bags made of woven PP, PE and paper can be processed. Furthermore, the CERTOPAC stands out due to its easy accessibility and high reliability. This high-performance packaging machine is also available as CERTOPAC-S and CERTOPAC-L in addition to the “standard version”. The differences between the variants are the bag magazines (rotating bag magazine or push magazine), the different filling weights and sizes of the bags. Sleever wrappers operate with an upper and a lower film and are ideal in quickly providing heavy, large products with a safe protective packaging and/or transit packaging. Our robust sleeve wrappers are perfectly accessible from both sides. The lateral film unwinding units enable a quick and user-friendly roll change. As the product's sides remain open, film use is minimised. As an option, the BP 800 features an ultrasonic height detection system, enabling Hugo Beck's flexible banderoling machines to wrap products with a width of up to 800 mm and a height of up to 400 mm in film.
