DROPS OF PURE FLAVOUR We use a steam distillation process to isolate the essential oils from onions and garlic. The result is the purification of organic compounds and oils that range from low to extremely high concentrations. To give you an idea: 8,000 kg of onions can make 1 kg of oil.
