With plastic wheels on steel axles, assembled in sequence, they are used as an alternative to tapered rollers in gravity curves for the handling of packages with a flat supporting surface and light loads. The wheels can be individually assembled, fixed on flatbeds by means of suitable brackets, in correspondence with exchanges between curves and tracks with idlers, in conjunction between tracks with ortogonal motor-driven rollers or with the function of guide-abutment of packages.

In a belt conveyor system, pulleys play a crucial role by altering the direction of the belt in a vertical plane. They create a continuous loop for uninterrupted operation. The pulley, also referred to as a drum, and its accompanying shaft combine to create a unified structure. Their operational features are interdependent. The evolution of conveyor pulley construction has advanced from fabricated wood to cast iron and, currently, steel fabrication. Pulleys are produced in various sizes, with the standard steel pulley being the most widely employed in conveyor systems.

The mechanical fastening system ERO Joint® is available in flat belts with a thickness over 1mm containing an intermediate layer of Polyurethane. The assembly is made by threading of 3 transversal pins. Anyway using ERO Joint® flat belts ensure you a complete freedom and a high-flexibility: no specific tool, no splicing and welding procedure to respect, no deburring, no risk to miss the welding. For the special requirements of your belt conveyor system, we manufacture for you drive pulleys, carrying idlers, throbbing drums, lift pulleys with or without internally located cone. With diameters up to max. 1,000 mm and lengths up to max. 4,500 mm, these are suitable for all types of belt conveyor system. All pulleys are turned cylindrically or spherically. The axle connections can be delivered in alternative designs with internal bearings, welded, with wedged connections or with clamping set shaft connections. Special designs such as stainless steel and/or friction linings (ceramic, rubber) and accessories (pedestal bearings) can be delivered upon request.
